Poor maintenance and service.
"The room was dusty and the toilet was not clean, with holes in the ceiling and peeling paint. The iron provided near the lift was in terrible condition; the iron plate was damaged and ended up ruining my clothes. To make matters worse, the hotel did not have any back-up irons for guests. Very disappointing stay."

A place not to repeat
Pros:

Location is good and convenient. It has lift and plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room. The room smelled, floor was dusty, curtains were messy, remote aircond was missing, pillow case had stained. Overall, cleanliness aspects need to be improved.

糟糕到无法形容
Pros:

我入住不到一小时就马上退房

Cons:

房间实在没有办法用文字来形容，入住不到1个小时我当机立断退房，换其他酒店，拜拜浪费马币400多。。。

On the whole the stay was not very satisfactory
Pros:

1.The location is very good,with food courts around. 2.The hot water shower was excellent

1.The room was not very clean,quite dusty also. 2.The pillows were quite hard. 3.There was only 1 coffee packet for two. 4.Infact the balcony was very dirty with chichak (lizard) droppings
