Piccolo hotel elegante ed accogliente, in ottima posizione, in un quartiere centrale ma tranquillo. In 10-12 minuti si arriva al Palazzo d'Este.
Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile.
Colazione self service in saletta deliziosa.., dal dolce al salato, di tutto e di più!!

Wir kämen sofort wieder. Sehr gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Ganz toll gemacht und geführtes Hotel. Sehr junges Personal was überaus kompetent, nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich war.

Cons:

Einzig die Dusche war nicht so ganz sauber.

La nostra camera non era degna di un 4 stelle, tantomeno la colazione
Pros:

La posizione in centro storico e abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni principali. Il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

La stanza n.102, al piano terra (cosa che non era chiaramente indicata sul sito) è umida, appena fuori c'è l'area fumatori e non puoi lasciare aperta la finestra. Nel bagno il lavandino ha una grossa crepa, lo scarico della tazza continua a perdere acqua. L'insonorizzazione lascia molto a desiderare. Il rumore degli impianti anche delle camere vicine (aspirazione dei bagni, scarichi ecc) ci ha fatto penare durante la notte. La colazione non è degna di un 4 stelle, il salato era limitato a uova due fette di salumi e dei Wurstel (agghiaccianti).
