Ho trovato la camera piena ragnatele, le lenzuola macchiate e con un capello. L'ho fatto presente alla reception e la ragazza della reception mi ha portato le lenzuola pulite, dopo avermi negato la possibilità di cambiare camera. Abbiamo quindi cambiato assieme il letto, perché lei era sola. Mentre ha tolto il lenzuolo di sotto, c'era pure un ragno,che lei ha ucciso. La sera ha iniziato a volare per la camera una cimice, che ho cercato di catturare con un asciugamano. La notte non son riuscita a dormire perché sentivo dei rumori, avevo paura che ci potessero essere topi, che per fortuna non c'erano. Sono rimasta malissimo per tutta questa situazione, mai mi sarei aspettata una cosa simile da un hotel da 4 stelle a Ferrara

Tunnelmallinen hotelli, hyvä sijainti, erinomainen aamiainen

Todella kaunis vanhan hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja lähtöpäivänä sain vielä hyödyntää aamiaishuonetta yllättävän työasian hoitamiseen. Koska alkuperäisessä huoneessamme oli valmisteltaessa huomattu joku ongelma, hotelli oli korottanut huoneluokkaamme. Sisustus oli ihana romanttisen vanhanaikaiseen tyyliin, huone oli siisti, tilava ja korkea. Oleskeluun oli mukava sohva ja puolisoni mielestä sänky oli täydellisesti riittävän napakka (itselleni se oli aika kova). Harmi, että olimme vain yhden yön ja talvella, niin emme päässeet hyödyntämään viehättävää sisäpihalle olevaa parveketta! Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja erityisesti makeat kakut olivat todella herkullisia ja kotitekoisen oloisia. Hotellilla näytti olevan sisäpiha, jossa on varmaan mukava syödä aamiaista lämpimämpään aikaan.

Cons:

Johtuu ehkä siitä, että kyseessä on vanha talo, mutta äänieristys viereiseen huoneeseen ei ollut kovin hyvä.

Posizione e parcheggio eccellenti. Staff gentile.

Camera piccola ma discretamente accogliente, anche se nel mini bar oltre all'acqua si poteva aggiungere qualcos'altro.
Il bagno piccolo e mal organizzato, la doccia terrificante, si aprivano le paratie (di scarsa plastica) e se le chiudevi non riuscivi ad usare il lavandino. La colazione insufficiente. C'è una macchina di pessima qualità per fare il caffe e cappuccino, tant'è che ho pensato che il latte fosse andato a male invece la ragazza ci spiega che non era possibile perchè era latte in polvere. Dolci anche quelli secchi, non buoni.
