Das Zimmer bietet viel Platz mit Kochnische und geräumigen Kühlschrank. Gut ausgestatet mit Ablagen, Schrank usw.
Es war sehr sauber. Der Aussenbereich wird jeden Tag sauber gereinigt. Der Service ist hervorragend und das Frühstück wird jeden Tag zur gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht..

Pros:

Spacious and comfortable right beside Aluthgama. Friendly staff and filling breakfast. Very calming and peaceful place.

Beautiful venue, but not clean
Pros:

Very spacious villa's. Good location close to the beach. The garden is beautiful, real vacation feeling. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The villa's weren't that clean. The towels and bed sheets were dirty, there were dirty cups in the sink, on the bed there were a lot of dead insects. One bedroom smelled bad.
The owner is friendly but doesn't understand English well so communication is very difficult.

Pros:

We enjoyed a most wonderful week with family in the villa for a whole week. the location is grid and close to the beach and a lot of spots of interest, also close to the railway station of Kathaluwa, saw fireflies at night, beautiful place

Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Sri Lanka Villa. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and safe. It is possible to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

The owner Upul was also there for two days and gave us a very warm welcome. Also the caretaker Vijith is a super nice and helpful person. We'll happily visit again!

The perfect place for a wonderful and relaxing time in Sri Lanka!
Pros:

The location is perfect for families and people who want to enjoy the peace and quietness of the Sri Lankan nature (birds, monkeys,…) and still want to be in close walking distance to the beach.
The clean facilities have been built recently and the family running the place is extremely nice and helpful. We always felt very safe!

Cons:

We were sad when we had to leave… we will come back again!

Großartiges Aparthotel. Sehr netter Gastgeber Upul, spricht sehr gut Deutsch, und auch das Hotelpersonal war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige und perfekte Ausgangslage für diverse Touren. Die Villa ist neu, sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer und große Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc. Sollte etwas fehlen oder benötigt werden, einfach sagen. Es wird unmittelbar gebracht bzw. besorgt. Genauso war es mit dem Frühstück und dem Saubermachen des Zimmers. Einfach Bescheid geben wenn erwünscht, und alles wird gemacht. Danke Upul für die tolle Zeit, wir konnten wunderbar entspannen und unseren Urlaub genießen!
