Important information:

Food is served daily for Lunch & Dinner. (Monday - Saturday 12pm - 2pm & 5.30pm - 8pm. However, on Sundays we do not serve Lunch & Evening meals. Staff are able to telephone a take-away for you or alternatively make a reservation at a restaurant close-by.

Please note that parking spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Very welcoming stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the town and surrounding hills. Jeremy and Rana and all the staff are extremely welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and I will be attempting to recreate their homemade muesli at home. We had a delicious evening meal (game pie) in the cosy restaurant. The bedroom was lovely with stunning views and coffee in the room and a few sweets were a nice treat. Jeremy is a superb fun host. He had excellent suggestions for our stay. He provided us with a standby card to book last minute good value theatre tickets which was an added bonus.

Super hotel, great hosts, lovely staff, great location
Pros:

Super hotel. Really lovely rooms, so comfortable, clean and well maintained. The bed and bedding were super cosy.
Delicious breakfast, friendly and efficient service.
Jeremy, Rani and their staff are the perfect hosts. We loved staying here. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the shops but very quiet. Great location and parking too.

Enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Comfortable family run hotel with efficient service and everything offered to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfasts were outstanding (nice to have them served at our table rather than a buffet). The choices on the menu were exceptional and everything beautifully cooked and presented. Location was good for travelling to places of interest nearby.

A real gem in the centre of Malvern
Pros:

The hotel is handily placed in the centre of Malvern. The welcome was warm and friendly and all the staff were excellent. The hotel bar had a great choice of Ales and I enjoyed dinner. There was a downstairs bar that showed the football. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked recently decorated. Breakfast (and service) was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

the property very badly needs to be decorated and upgraded. the proerty is stuck in the 60s. although we paid for 3 nights we left after one night . moved to another hotel. lost the two nights paymnet
