Conveniently located just 100 yards from the theatre and cinema complex, with easy access to the scenic hill path within a 5-minute walk. Unwind in comfort and style at Great Malvern Hotel.

Important information:

Food is served daily for Lunch & Dinner. (Monday - Saturday 12pm - 2pm & 5.30pm - 8pm. However, on Sundays we do not serve Lunch & Evening meals. Staff are able to telephone a take-away for you or alternatively make a reservation at a restaurant close-by.

Please note that parking spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

This was our second visit. Breakfasts were top quality. Rooms were good. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Nothing. Parking can sometimes be a problem, but it wasn't during our stay.

A very happy, peaceful, friendly place to stay oand am already looking forward to rebooking.
Pros:

I loved the friendly, relaxed atmosphere; very good food delivered quickly after ordering including an excellent breakfast; parking right beside the hotel; the location which was 3 mins walk from the Malvern Theatre where I saw a show. Also loved the extras in the room including the bowl of sweets, a good selection of hot drinks, the fridge and the safe.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like.

Great 2 night stay
Pros:

Spacious, clean room. Excellent pub within the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned after the first night - it was still perfectly clean, so not really a problem.

Excellent, have rebooked for March!
Pros:

I ate in the bar in the evening. Food was excellent and the bar was welcoming with attentive staff. Really enjoyed the lack of TV and loud music. A really great place to meet with friends and relax. Breakfast was excellent and unrushed. My room had everything I needed and was a quiet space after a busy day
