Location is perfect, easy walking distance to town and nearby pubs and restaurants. Only 7 parking spaces at the side of the hotel but there were a couple available for the whole time we were there.
Room was large and comfortable, nice extra touches such as towelling robes and an umbrella in case of rain.
Breakfast was fabulous, table service, lots of choice, good coffee and friendly service.
Staff were extremely helpful, no issues with us checking in early or leaving car for a couple of hours after checkout. All in all highly recommend the Great Malvern.
What a fabulous stay! I had contacted the property prior to arrival to arrange early check in due to touring and I was lucky to enough to be looked after well. The staff on reception were so kind and helpful. The room I had was lovely and it was a nice touch to have sweeties and chocolates on the bed! Thank You. I was performing at the theatre and didn’t return until late. The side door (24h access with pass) was easily used and meant I didn’t disturb many people on my return. I slept well and the bed was comfy. The breakfast room was lovely and greeted by house staff. They were so kind and there was no rushing at all. The breakfast was LUSH, and the coffee was just right. Thank You for looking after me! I had the best time in Malvern :) I hope to return again when the tour does its rounds again.
Truly? Nothing. It was an absolute blast.
Centrally located
Nothing
Everything! Found last minute and fortunate to get in due to last minute cancellation. We were visiting relatives nearby and it’s my mums birthday. The twin room overlooking the high street was lovely- comfortable and spacious.
Steps up to the room were a little tricky as my mum’s 84 with bad knees but she has managed!
Bathroom was fully refurbished, room was great size and breakfast was good
Limited parking
Good central location, very clean and welcoming. The staff and owners were lovely and the breakfast was great
Friendliness and location of the hotel, and amazing fresh breakfast, best ever had in a hotel.
I think.the decor needs some updating ,but added to the charm, still like your traditional hotel room of years ago.
Very comfortable and really close to the theatre. Short drive from the hills themselves. Fantastic breakfast
Parking is very limited. Carparks close though and reasonably priced
