Very friendly staff

Bathroom fittings were too old, water was super slow and showers weren’t properly working

Pros:

Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville et de la station de bus. Chambre grande, personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner désorganisé avec peu d'options , même pas un jus d'orange. Salle non climatisée inconfortable.Restaurant et bar qui semblent être abandonnés, on peut juste commander des boissons en chambre. J'ai du aller me restaurer ailleurs.

Pros:

Posizione centrale vicino a mercato e via pedonale, stanza ampia e silenziosa, bagno con doppio lavandino, doccia chiusa,tutto pulito, piscina sul tetto. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante in quanto appena fuori c' è un' ottima pasticceria non turistica per fare colazione immergendosi nell'atmosfera locale

Ascensore parte dal secondo piano, ma c'è un gentile signore che posta le valigie

Really enjoyed your breakfast & thelocation is a superb spot to be in Jaffna
1st room shower was bad & the room lights are very dim cannot work if required

Very good. Traditional Sri Lankan Tamil breakfast. We liked it very much and enjoyed the food. Very honest and courteous employees and very helpful.

Oud en vies
Pros:

Super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel. De locatie is gunstig.

Cons:

Het is een erg oud pand. De kamers zijn ook erg oud. De badkamer had schimmel en weinig druk op het water in de douche. Donkere kamer. Balkon aanwezig maar je kon er niet zitten of je was drogen dus daar hadden we niks aan. Ontbijt was goed. Maar de tafels erg vies. Het zou veel helpen als ze gewoon even een emmer sop maken en de ramen en tafels poetsen. We werden 4 keer gestoord door gasten die hun eigen kamernummer blijkbaar niet konden onthouden. Maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. Wc bij de receptie erg vies. Kakkerlakken aanwezig.

Un havre de paix en plein centre-ville
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel toujours au petit soin pour nous. L’emplacement près du marché et pas très loin du fort.

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu vétuste.
