Pros:

The most perfect about the hotel is the location its very very near to taksim and that makes the transportations very very easy and the stuff is very respect and really I appreciate how they are keening to help as they could

Cons:

The room was having very bad view and if there is an issue in my room they can’t fix it except at morning because they don’t have a ready team for fixing issues

とても良い！
Pros:

日の入りは方角的に見れなかったがベランダがあり、楽しめた。たまたま花火も見れた。
チェックアウト後に荷物の預かりもしてくれて、ドリンクは飲み放題、次の観光に向けて一息つくことができた。

Cons:

女1人旅で音が響きやすく周りの音にどきっとすることがあった。

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice.
The receptionists where very welcoming and helpful.
They used to help me with the stroller to get up stairs.
They recommended places and guided me on how to figure out Istanbul public transportations.
Also the manager accepted our request of a temporary room for early check in.
They kept our luggage stored in the hotel for 4 days during our Trabzon trip.
The breakfast taste good.
The place is close to Taksim square around 5 min walking.
Also I remember the night receptionist helped me to get some ice from a different place to treat my sore feet.
They offered me help in case I need it when my daughter was sick.
I would stay again in endless comfort if I visit Istanbul one more time. Best money value I don't think you can get better service with the same price.

The facility is overall at a good place close by to taksim square. The stage were extremely nice and they responded fast
