La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

No sé si están actualizando algunas habitaciones y esas son las que se ven en las fotografías, pero las nuestras eran muy mejorables.
Le recomendaría a la dirección que actualice las estancias y mejore la limpieza.

Funcionários simpáticos
Pros:

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Café a vontade o dia todo na máquina e no quarto. Vista da cidade. Cama ótima. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Infelizmente o hotel precisa de renovação nas paredes, piso e parte elétrica dos quartos.

Pros:

The staff delivered exceptional service and support. The breakfast presented a favorable value proposition when compared to other selections within the same price category. The room offered a pleasing view, and the hotel is outfitted with an elevator. Furthermore, the location is conveniently situated approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Cons:

some electrical issues in the room all the switchbuttons next to bed not working but they staff promised to fix it . The shower switch is not functional. This experience does not align with the positive standards I have encountered at other establishments in this vicinity.

Very good staff!
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located and offers excellent value for money. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. No request was ever too much, and their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference. The outstanding service provided by the team was what truly made this stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Pros:

طاقم العمل والاستقبال متعاونين للأمانة خدومين ودودين جداً ، قرب الفندق من تقسيم والحي الذي به حي متوفرة به جميع الخدمات .

Cons:

للاسف الفترة التي اقمت فيها كان يوجد بحوار الفندق وملاصق له تماما اعمال هدم وبناء وكانت مزعجة جدا للاسف
