The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The cupboard was too small, sofa bed wasn't comfy and the AC was serving the whole suite and you can't control it. The fridge door was broken.

A small hotel that even though not the fanciest, has a cozy environment and stellar staff.
Pros:

The staff are great. Semih displayed great hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to create a pleasant and welcoming environment during my stay.

Cons:

Most of the machines and equipment in the gym are broken.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. whole place was very clean and if I needed anything the staff were very attentive..the location was fantastic.. very close to Taksim Square, food outlets and transportation. Will definitely rebook this place again.
