Er dejligt ophold i Hoi An, tak!
Pros:

Det meget høje serviceniveau samt den venlige uformelle omgangstone præget af stor hjælpsomhed.

Cons:

Scooternes dytten på gaden. Men det har hotellet jo ingen indflydelse på. 😊

Pros:

Great staff, always available to help.
Room is comfy with a nice balcony and view.

Cons:

Bathroom window and door had no blinds and at 6 am you wake up with the bright light....
Room's ceiling is too low for people with 1.80m+ I was always hunched over around the room,, afraid of hitting my head on the ceiling.
Free bicycles are great but they need some maintenance / replacement.

Small friendly hotel, owner and staff very welcoming and helpful.

Room was spacious enough for three of us, clean and comfortable. Balcony had river view.

Good choices for breakfast which we ate by the small swimming pool.

Great location near the river, within easy walking distance to the UNESCO world heritage old town, and lively bars and restaurants along the riverside.

Would thoroughly recommend.

A small friendly hotel, near the river and a short walk to the UNESCO world heritage old town as well as lively bars and restaurants.

The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable with a balcony with river view.

Good choices for breakfast which we ate outside by the small swimming pool.

Would definitely recommend.

Welcoming and kind staff who made us feel at home.
Pros:

This was our second time back to the Majestic and we were welcomed back like old friends. Happy to see they made it through all the flooding and the hotel still looks great. Mr Huong had a car waiting for us at the airport and had scooters waiting for us so we could just drop our bags and get scooting through the city! Breakfast is always fresh and made to order - we love the Pho and fresh juice!

Great hotel and location. Would recommend this hotel for a quick stay.
Pros:

The host Tony was very helpful and friendly. It’s a family run hotel. Great location and great stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel had been affected by the recent typhoons, so the pool was out of use, but Tony tried very hard to keep everything clean and ship shape! Lovely little hotel.

Everything was great
Pros:

The place is well situated at the heart of old quarter Hoi an. The place is clean quiet and I was provided outstanding attendance by Hung and his family.
They gave me great advice about things to do places to go local businesses restaurants and activities.
They made me feel like a welcome friend.
I rate Majestic villa Hung and his family 1000/100.

Hoi An in early November 2025.
Pros:

I was very warmly received and check in to my room was quick and efficient.

In all interactions with owners and staff during my multiple night stay l was made to feel very welcomed.

I appreciated my transfer from Da Nang being conveniently arranged by Hoi An Majestic Villa.

Being adjacent to the river the immediate outside area was affected by the unfortunate flooding due to typhoons but all made the best of the passing inconvenience.

It was heartening and also heartbreaking to see the efforts to recover from the river inundation.

Being in Hoi An at this time was a unique event.

I will be back in 2026 and will once again stay at Hoi An Majestic Villa.

Cons:

There were no negatives to report. The Villa is well planned and maintained.

Just amazing
Pros:

Brilliant staff who really do care and give the best tips and places to go. Very clean. Love Love Love that they provide a list of recommended places to eat and tours to go on. Defo recommend

Són molt amables i t'ajuden a contractar excursions.
Esmorzar bo i bicicletes gratuïtes.
Tens una petita nevera a l'habitació i l'aire condicionat funciona molt bé.

Better than home
Pros:

This was our second time staying at this brilliant little hotel. Perfect location on a little island across from old town (access via bridges). Plenty of great restaurants and bars. The owner Hung and staff are the best. Great pool, nice fresh cooked breakfast and large clean room. This is the only hotel we will stay in when we're in HoiAn.

Great Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Love the Hoi A Majestic hotel. It’s a small family run boutique hotel with exceptional service. It’s walking distance to old town yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Breakfast is solid and there is a fantastic restaurant (Moi’s) just up the street. Have stayed here two years in a row and is one that I look forward to visiting again.

Great sleep and great location.
Pros:

Amazing owner who was so helpful. Super comfy bed. Perfect location. Owner helped book tickets to events and advised us on places to go. Separate shower which was great. The owner has just renovated the place so it is stunning. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. The little balcony was lovely to sit out on.
