The staff are exceptional and always willing to help. Namely Shams, Akbar and Jalal. They will go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The management however should make sure that the TV is always functional so the customers can watch impt. news uptdates. Will sure recommend this Hotel.

The rooms are incredible!!! I have been to Baku 5 times and stayed at so many hotels, this is the first time I stayed at the Galley Hotel and it is beyond my expectations. The location, service, cleanliness, size, atmosphere exceeded what I expected.

The hotel lives up to its name, has lots of refreshing artwork, most had qr codes to scan and learn about the artist. Attention to detail is exceptional. Staff were very friendly and practical. Breakfast had variable options and special items were served free at request such as eggs benedict or lokal delicacies. The hotel is 2 min away from the bus stop and at a walking distance from most touristic attraction sites. It is easy to come and rest and have tea in our room while planning the rest o the day. Very clean room, ours was spatious. Good air conditioning.

This quaint little hotel is in a great location. Old city is right behind, the "coffee street", as I would call it, is around the corner, and it's easy to cross to the promenade along the waterfront. We walked everywhere except the Heyder museum. Lots of larger hotels in the area, but I'd definitely recommend this place. Breakfast (included in our booking) is great - a decent buffet with local treats as well as an open selection from the menu for eggs, omlets. etc. Our room was huge, with plenty of space to stretch out, table and chair in one area, sofa in another - almost a suite (room 501 if you're interested). No real view but it was quiet. Staff was great - English skills were good to excellent, and no issues we had to deal with. I'd definitely recommend it. We did so much walking we did not miss having a fitness center, but would have gone for a run along the waterfront if we felt the need to exercise.

The cab from the airport stopped about 20 meters up the street from the door, since the hotel is on the major 6-lane road running along the water. It's a busy area, so just be aware of that.

The hotel had one of the most beautiful decorations. Food and amenities had a luxe feeling.

The location is very central with 2 min away from Maiden Tower and other sites. At the front it’s the Caspian Sea, perfect for a stroll.

Breakfast was delicious with traditional Azerbaijani food.

For the first time in Azerbaijan. We are very glad that we chose this hotel for the New Year holidays, which complemented the incredibly beautiful and comfortable Baku. We stayed for six nights and realized that the location of the hotel was the best. The first line is in the center of the Boulevard embankment, a five-minute walk to the area with excellent restaurants and cafes (the center). It is very comfortable to live in due to the equipment (plenty of storage space, high-quality plumbing, furniture, bed linen, great water pressure, stable), and cozy due to the atmosphere.
The cleanliness is at a high level, and this feeling is felt throughout the hotel as a whole. The feeling of being in the house.

A small boutique 30 odd room property on Neftchilar Ave by the Baku Boulevard. The rooms are beautiful with quality linen, well appointed with all modern comforts and decorated with contemporary art & design. The rooms are large and some of them come with balconies. The service is great and personalized. The restaurant / bar serves a great breakfast with amazing fresh bakes, local butter & cheese and breakfast pastries. The bar makes great drinks too. There is a small cafe to have coffee and drinks at the ground level next to the front desk.

The hotel location is ideal if you want to walk around and explore the streets around Old Town and Neftchilar Ave and boulevard walk, also right under the part of the Formula 1 GP track. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shopping within a 15-20 min walking distance from the hotel.

I would definately come back and stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, this hotel is amazing . The attention to detail is absolutely fabulous. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was perfect . The room was so comfortable and they have literally thought of everything . I had breakfast with my booking and that was also incredible . Don’t bother staying anywhere else in Baku as this hotel is perfect.

Art boutique hotel in Baku is a very well situated hotel in the centre of town. It is beautiful and functional, the staff is polite and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable, the breakfast very good, The hotel is within walking distance from all mayor museums and the old town is around the corner. there are several restaurants, local and foreign all around the hotel. I would gladly stay in Art Boutique hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Art gallery hotel is centrally located, the rooms are spacious and the rooms are so well decorated. It’s a boutique hotel and the service and facilities provided are quite amazing. Elchin and Amin helped us communicate with our cab drivers and also welcomed us to check in to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful stay and this is a recommended stay for your next visit.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Baku. It is a small and non fancy hotel and you have nothing to do inside the hotel. Staff are very nice. Breakfast menu is very simple and it’s better if you have time to have breakfast in one of the nice local restaurants nearby.

If you have low budget I advise you to try this hotel. The Hotel is very nice clean and the rooms were comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

We (family of 3) just stayed at the Art Gallery Hotel during our short trip to Baku last week. The hotel scores high on all aspects and will certainly recommend the property to any one visiting the lovely city of Baku.

The property is located right in the centre of all things, and yet is cut off from the crowd. It is located right adjacent to Maiden Tower, which means you are just a few steps away from the Old Town (or Icheriseher, as is known in Baku). The touristy Nizami Street / Fountain Square is another 200 meters. There are loads of restaurants in the vicinity, so you will be spoilt for choice.

We arrived at the hotel by around 1pm and were promptly allotted our room. No delays, no waiting for the standard check-in time of the usual 5* properties. Oh, what a relief!

The breakfast served is fresh and literally made-to-order, which is a welcome change from the buffet spreads. The staff (at the reception as well as the diner) are super courteous and very pleasant to deal with. We requested an airport pickup while we were boarding our flight, and the email response timings were super quick.

Overall, the staff and the property get a full score... 5/5. Don't look anywhere else, this is the place to stay while you are in Baku.
