Pros:

One of my favorite places from a 2 week multi city visit to Sri Lanka. Staff was attentive and accommodating. It's not exactly in the middle of the busy strip in Ella, but I thought that made it better

Pros:

Staff were great, very helpful and lovely. Good location - 10 minute walk to the main area but also close to the nine arch bridge start and little Adam’s peak. Nice and quiet location too. Great view of the mountains. Comfy rooms, nice porch area.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t amazing, but there was lots of food given to us. I would probably upgrade to the nicer room if we stayed again, it was considerably nicer than our budget one.

Beautiful stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! The host is very kind, even prepared sri lankas breakfast when we asked for it. Helped with everything! Property is located in nice, quiet, forest area. Walkable distance do city centre (5-10min), and also close to Little Adam’s Peak trail or Nine Arch bridge! We had the nicest room - King Standard room and it’s beautiful!!!🤩

Cons:

There’s no AC in the room, but it was not necessary at all (we were staying there in February).

Goed ontbijt op eigen terras met zicht op Ella rock. Mooie kamer. Zeer vriendelijke familie die het hotel uitbaat

Cons:

Omdat de zon weinig had geschenen was er geen warm water. Blijkbaar moet je de eigenaar (woont in hetzelfde gebouw) verwittigen zodat de electrische verwarmde wordt aangezet.

Great host, good location
Pros:

Good location, right in between the start of little Adam’s peak and the city center. The host was super friendly, gave us some great tips and helped us finding a driver for our hikes.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage um Ella zu erkunden, sowohl die berühmte Nine Arch Brücke als auch der little Adams Peak sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In 10min ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum mit vielen leckeren Restaurants und shops. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch die schöne Veranda lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so daß man morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wird . Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Seine Mutter serviert auch ein leckeres Frühstück am morgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder falls wir nochmal nach Ella kommen!

Un chambre super avec un personnel très aimable! Le petit déjeuner est super copieux! Quoi de mieux pour commencer la journée.

Das Frühstück war super, die Aussicht war grandios, und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Man kann problemlos in 15 Minuten in die Stadt laufen.

Cons:

Das Wifi war leider eher schwach. Zudem war der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche eher gering. Ansonsten alles super.

В номере очень чисто, есть всё необходимое для проживания (чайник, холодильник, душ с горячей водой, фен, полотенца, кружки,, адаптер для различных электрических вилок) Над кроватью балдахин от насекомых. Номер не большой.Тихое, спокойное место. Хозяйка очень хорошая.

Cons:

Как говорится природа рядом, сервис далеко. Ощущение что гости это источник дохода, чем человек. Туры предлагаемые отелем в два раза дороже, чем у других. Не советую у них брать. В номере немного пахнет сыростью. Доски под кроватью в плесени. В ванной комнате вода долго не высыхает, можно запросто поскользнуться. В номер заходили: большой черный таракан, ящерка, паук, мухи, что не очень приятно. Добираться до отеля далеко и высоковато. WF очень плох не возможно им пользоваться. В общем если хочется уюта, заботы и завтрака без тараканов — лучше поискать альтернативу. В следующий раз точно не выберу этот вариант.
