Pros:

Deberían advertir en sus anuncios, que el aseo no se hace diario, que no tiene restaurante y que el desayuno lo llevan a tu cuarto donde no hay mesa para comer. Nosotros tuvimos que cancelar los desayunos porque...¡no había huevos! Lo pedimos a cierta hora, porque teníamos un horario muy apretado y la encargada nos "sugirió" que fuera mas tarde, para ir a comprar huevos, o que pidieramos otro alimento. Mi experiencia en ese disque hotel fue TERRIBLE.

Le falta mantenimiento, la limpieza es mínima, la regadera fuga agua todo el tiempo. Sólo me agradó la ubicación. Con poner atención al mantenimiento mejoraría .

Todo mal. Servicio pésimo. Sin muebles, no había ni una silla o mesita para trabajar. Sin espejo para el baño, el cuarto recién pintado oliendo a pintura fresca y manchando la ropa, etc.

Illegal hostel (not even hotel). The young and old lady who were taking care od everything were geeat workers in an awful place (and were also probably treated as illegal workers too). It is like an old "youth hostel" in a great neighborhood

The property location is perfect, I felt safe. Needs to maintain the cleanliness better. Maybe with room spray, The TV had no Chanels to watch, no local TV communication. The bathroom could be cleaner and the smells in the closet area was not favorable. The bed needed one leg. but was helps with bricks. Great location. Loved the area.

Puntos a considerar:
-La regadera es todo un reto el aprender a usarla, o sale muy caliente o sale muy fría, no estaría mal revisar ese detalle.
-La habitación en general es cómoda, la limpieza es destacable y en general hay buen descanso
-El servicio de la hostess Lidia es de aplaudir, en todo momento te informa bien de las cosas y trata de ser servicial hasta donde se puede.
-REVISEN BIEN SI SU HABITACIÓN YA ESTA PAGADA A LA HORA DE HACER CHECK-IN, PUEDE SER CONFUSO Y GENERAR CONFLICTO AL CREER QUE SI LO ESTABA, RECOMENDACIÓN, VERIFIQUEN ANTES DE SOLO DECIR, PERO SI YA LA PAGUE!! POR EL BIEN DE SU ESTANCIA, Y PARA EVITAR CONTRATIEMPOS.

Totalmente recomendada como opción para visitar Coyoacán.

This has to be the WORST place I have ever stayed in. I should have listened to the reviews. The room we rented comes with a double bed and a couch. Well the couch was dirty, the lady gave us a sheet to put over the couch to sit or sleep on. The bed was HARD!! It is very rubbed down. Walls are dirty, floors are dirty. There were worms coming out of the shower. The room was not secured. There was a window that locked from the outside which left our belonging unsecured and unprotected from other guest. We never got clean sheets or cleaned towels. We literally had to ask for toilet paper every single day because they will only give you 1 roll a day no matter how many people. Just don’t do it, it was just gross.

El problema más que la limpieza, fueron las instalaciones. No parece que le estén invirtiendo, y para el precio que manejan, es muy por encima de lo que ofrecen.
Les recomendamos como usuarios, tomar más atención a ese tipo de cosas. Mantenimiento de las instalaciones (paredes, puertas, electrodomésticos, sistema de refrigeración y calefacción).
Nos hospedamos ahora en un hotel de Coyoacán, que nos cobró exactamente lo mismo por noche, y la habitación cumple con las expectativas acorde a las fotos que muestran en la plataforma, y lo que se esperaría de un hotel.
