The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody chewed on it the caulking around the toilet and the tub look like a three-year-old did it I found two roaches in the room rust at the bottom of the doors way bathroom door was chipped part of the bathroom was re stucco but not painted TV didn't work I called the front desk an hour later I went to the front desk different person didn't tell the second person that I requested it TV response nothing was done but really made me mad was I wanted to watch the final round of the US Open and I could not they didn't even offer me another room if you could do something I would really appreciate it
Your website sucks ass. I was billed for 2 separate bookings in the same night in the same time. I just signed up to your web sight and I will never use you again. It is not a user friendly experience.
I was booked to two different hotels at the same time I. The same night due to a terrible website format. I’ll never use Booking.com ever again and I’ll tell everyone I know to don’t use y’all.
I had to explain that in the last one the general manager was very unkind and so was the one clerk that was at the office the night before that they tried to say that I didn't sign for me and my family to register in to the room and I did and then also the night before that one was all the room was not paid and then when we did talk to the general manager of my sister went up because I was on flying for school I go to school for nursing and I was in class and she stated the general manager that is stated that this can't keep happening we had problems with you before and things of that nature and me and my sisters have never caused any problems and Mayhem but every other clerks that was at the front desk we're very nice Miss Myra was very understanding as well as the other one the other two I meant to say we're very generous and understanding and they had a lot of decency within them and because of that that's what made my stay unbearable but as in the general manager I did not like the way she came at me and my family as we paid out of pocket we was not on the program we didn't bother anyone we stayed kind of in our room I did ask for the broom and the mop and things of that nature so that I can keep my room nice and tidy and clean that was roaches in there I let them know that they did not do anything to help with that as well as the microwave they did not still do anything to help with that so all in all as an experience I did not have an experience for 15 days I was there that was good enough for me and my family I would want to say the I don't know 15 days maybe we had two days that were bad because of the general manager and the other clerk that was there but everything else for the first 13 days were
I front off I like the other front office clerks but it was just one Pacific I did not like as well as the general manager the way she spoke to me and my family I will not consider going back to this room at all and and also with the roaches and things of that nature the paint that was chipping inside of the tub there was no hair blow dryer that was there for us to use yeah it was not really good my kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not a heated pool and it was really freezing cold but other than that I have no more complaints
From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Mercedes and Marcie at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The space was perfectly maintained. My room was spotless and cozy. Highly recommend this place!
