El hotel buena ubicación las habitaciones son grandes

Cons:

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. En la primera habitación encontré varias cucarachas: había en el baño, en el piso de la habitación y, cuando me senté a comer, comenzaron a salir también por las paredes.

Solicité un cambio de habitación y el personal amablemente me asignó otra. En esta segunda habitación ya no había cucarachas, pero el olor a humo de cigarrillo era extremadamente fuerte, al punto de resultar muy incómodo durante toda la estadía.

Considero que el hotel tiene potencial, pero necesita invertir más en mantenimiento. Sería importante reforzar el control de plagas, eliminar la contaminación por humo en las habitaciones y realizar mejoras en los baños, especialmente en pintura y restauración general.

Con estas mejoras, creo que la experiencia de los huéspedes sería mucho más agradable y justificaría incluso pagar una tarifa un poco más alta.

Warning ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE.

There wasn't anything good about this hotel.

Cons:

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is unsafe and disgusting. There are homeless drug addicts all over the place. We got in our room and locked the door. We we're basically hostages in our room because angry people were fists fighting right outside our room. They were screaming and yelling all night. Tried calling the front desk all night and no one answered. Finally had to call the police and they didn't show for a long time. We finally decided to take our lives into our own hands and leave at 5:30 am.We walked out to at least 20 cops and crime tape everywhere and a helicopter flying overhead. A stabbing happened out in the lobby.
The place is gross. Pool is closed, no breakfast as advertised. Roaches everywhere. The mini fridge was filthy. The A/C was loud and barely worked.
The person at the front desk had an attitude.
I could go on and on about how bad our experience was.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Pros:

There wasn't much to like at all.

Cons:

They advertise breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and a granola bar. The ac barely worked, I had to buy a fan, there were cock roaches on the beds and the pool they advertise isn't even open for use.

nothing did not even get to stay the pool was green and full of trash could not even get my refund first time I got hung up on then I tried to chat and I was told they were busy about seven times and it disconnected this is a terrible location you should remove it from your screen

Cons:

the pool was green and filled with trash. I did not get notified of this before or after I had to walk out and see it. there was no refund I never stayed I couldn't connect with anybody to help with this situation. there needs to be a warning. this location did not meet my expectations or any of the guests in there.

Cons:

Frühstück war quasi nicht vorhanden ( Kaffee, Saft und ein Müsliriegel) es gab auch keinen Kaffee mehr nach 9 Uhr. Pool war sehr dreckig und nur halb voll, also nicht in Betrieb.

Everything could have been been better. Woke up twice with people banging on the door looking for someone. Drugs being sold in open and quite a bit of prostitution. Never told pool wasn't operational. Quality of room remodel was one of the worst ive seen. No towels in room. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Booking.com customer service useless.
