Zeer asn te bevelen. Wij komen terug.
Pros:

Vriendelijk, schoon, goed ontbijt, dichtbij luchthaven, parkeren.

Wij zijn overboekt naar Four Flex Points Hotel.

Cons:

Er was weinig personeel in het restaurant. De mensen die er werkten, waren vriendelijk, maar waren te druk om iedereen op tijd te kunnen helpen.

Am Ende gut übernachtet, jedoch viele Hindernisse
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, sauber, ruhig, Badewanne, schneller Aufzug, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

1. Zimmer: Es wurde davor (unberechtigt) darin geraucht -> Reklamation
2. Zimmer kein WLAN-Empfang (viele Versuche) -> Reklamation
3. + 4. Zimmer waren bei Bezug nicht gereinigt /Betten nicht gemacht /Müll (Falschinformation für Rezeption)-> Reklamation
5. Zimmer war dann sehr gut
Unsere Vorab-Bezahlung war durch falsche Buchung als "unbezahlt" hinterlegt (15 Minuten Diskussion beim Checkout)
Preise für Speisen im Restaurant teuer

Nice hotel, but really needs soundproofing!
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
Room very good.

Cons:

Very noisy road, which as I stayed for 3 days, I would have thought I might have had a room at the back away form the road.
Very noisy being directly under the flight path to Dusseldorf airport.
