Pros:

As toalhas só eram trocadas se solicitadas.
O chuveiro saia pouca agua e dava choque.

Sem água, cancelaram reserva e difícil ressarcir
Pros:

Ao chegar não havia água no quarto para tomar banho!! O problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Exceto a descarga elétrica no registro do chuveiro, que estava envolvido com fita isolante. Logo, o banho deveria ser com água fria. Apesar de tudo.. resolvi esticar a estadia por não querer me preocupar procurando nova hospedagem em plena férias na Bahia. Grande erro.. no dia anterior ao checkin cancelaram a reserva dos últimos dias da viagem.
Fui ao hotel para ser ressarcida do valor da reserva, sem êxito. Precisei ir lá durante 3 dias seguidos para conseguir o meu dinheiro de volta!! Isso me fez perder não só a tranquilidade da minha viagem, mas o tempo que seria gasto com lazer, e uma manhã inteira que poderia ter sido de passeio, mas foi de muita dor de cabeça. Não indico a ninguém!!

Vale a pena pela localização.
Pros:

Foi uma semana incrível em Porto Seguro. O Hotel Terra Vista fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo a passarela do álcool. É uma pousada bem simples, mas em nosso caso a localização compensou. Tem uma área externa legal, só o quarto que poderia ser melhor, passando por uma modernização. Em relação ao anúncio no site, dizia ser quarto triplo (uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro), porém na acomodação havia duas camas de solteiro. O café da manhã tem variedade e bem gostoso. O atendimento é muito bom, as pessoas são muito prestativas e atenciosas.
