Decent room
Awfully overpriced, nothing around the location and restaurant on site had really poor food for a really expensive price
It looked amazing and the felt like you could unwind there. The only disadvantage was if you don’t have a car it would be difficult to move around and uber isn’t really cheap and available
Nothing
Mooie rustige locatie met goede mogelijkheden om mooie wandelingen te maken.
Niets hoor.
Very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was lovely.
We stayed in the lodges facing the trees, it was nice but you do have people walking past who can see into the room. If we stay again we would book a lodge on the other side for more privacy and a better view.
Very quiet location with beautiful views etc.
very good restaurant with really good food
Some aspects of poor service:
No one takes you to the room etc
The bar had not lemons , limes or cumber to put in drinks!
We reserved a table for 8pm and we she got there it was full of the last people’s plates and not ready,
The men’s toilets in restaurant smelt terrible of urine
The breakfast was good but took 45 minutes for the main course
The toiletries in the rooms are ridiculous like a tiny tiny bottle of shower gel etc !
Located in a lively area and within an impressive golf course, this place is great for a romantic getaway or retreat.
Nothing!
Honestly, there was nothing to enjoy about this stay. Any potential the property had was completely ruined by the appalling service and the poor quality of the food.
The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic communication. Despite explaining our situation at check-in and being told it was fine, we were harassed by every single staff member we encountered. One woman, in particular, was confrontational and unprofessional. We felt watched and judged the entire time, receiving "dirty looks" whenever we entered or exited. Furthermore, the staff flat-out lied, accusing us of having 12 people in one room when there were 10 of us spread across the three rooms we actually paid for. To top it off, the breakfast was inedible; I was served beans that were completely uncooked and hard as rocks.
