Lovely staff check in lady was lovely so helpful no issues checking in nice and quick as I had filled everything out online and today when we've had breakfast for last day the lady working was lovely very kind, good server for dinner aswell he was very kind even noticed that my partner was cold and brought a candle over to warm up very attentive, 12 pounds service fee was bit surprising after spending nearly £100 on food but hey ho once in a while won't hurt ( just the bank 🤣) but expected of a nice dining experience got us off the deliveroo app for once and as a picky eater I very much enjoyed my food ! Sadly didnt book in for golf but after seeing the golf course wish we had of very aesthetically pleasing view.
Well no tv in room for the price is a bit so so but it states no tv anyway so it is what it is . Not many places to walk to but you sign up for that when you book somewhere in the middle of buck f no where with no car. Overall lovely stay would defo reccomend and have reccomended to a friend of mine for her partners upcoming birthday 😁!
It was very comfortable, cosy and clean.

So nice and peaceful, staff all super friendly, room was nice-nothing special but the view was amazing and having the sliding door was lovely! We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was lovely and breakfast was outstanding! Being able to sit by the fire pits outside in the evening watching the sunset over the golf course was lovely. Lots of storage in the room and parking was always easy.
Our bathroom was extremely warm all the time-seemed the be coming from the walls rather than the towel warmer. Pillows were very soft.
It's reasonable given the rural location. Modern facilities and architecture. Nice surroundings, free parking, etc. For us it was really just a place to rest, but it seems the hotel is more oriented for those there to play golf on the adjacent course.
Odd choice of no TV in the room. Quite warm at night, with no A/C. I don't think they advertised having a fitness suite, but it was on the signs and clear they used to have one. Would have been nice if they had kept it. Breakfast was not great, which is strange because it's in their dedicated/standalone restaurant. Nothing ruinous to the overall stay though.
The location, the rooms, the whole venue
No tv in the rooms
We were turnt away because of my baby
Everything staff were very rude when turning us away
Food was exceptional and staff so helpful.

Clean, welcoming and beautiful surroundings!
Nothing. The only thing I would say was it would be good to have additional fire pits outside as there were times when we had to wait for one to become available.
Second time staying in this hotel. We like it. The grounds are beautiful and it’s always so clean.
The room doesn’t have a tv which is weird for a 4 star hotel. The staff were ok.
The whole place is amazing, my room was spotless and the views breathtaking.
Could name one thing that I didn’t like
Only surprise was no TV in bedroom. We had planned to watch the rugby Six Nations match. We had brought our laptop, so it was no problem in the end.
