Pros:

It was a nice place specialy with worm hospitality with very friendly staff including manager dasun. They tried with their best to meet the rrequirements expected. do not hesitate to recommend the place.Foods also delicious.

It was a peaceful location
Pros:

It was peaceful and closer to many historical sites I wanted to visit. It was a convenient location for me and my family.

Cons:

The meals were a bit too pricey for what was provided. For reasonable price, you could get more business from customers like us.

Stay is not worth the the cost, despite the friend staff and hospitality which deserves a bettter

The staff was friendly and respectful.
Food was palatable and presented clean.

Cons:

Rooms were ok in terms of cleanliness. Rooms and especially the outdoor area were abundant of mosquitoes.
The night was so noisy due to a party at the premises. The rooms are located too close to the reception and events hall.
The early morning became noisy due to a wedding function arranged in the morning.
The sleep thus can be disturbed depending on the date.

They charge at their own rates despite the different rates displayed in booking.com.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and main attractions, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location. I will surely come back on my next visit!

My kids really liked this hotel
Pros:

Staff was very attentive and manager is a very kind young man. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Finally I would like to say we have Been in anuradhapura before many times but this is the best place I have been stayed 💯

Cons:

Hotel was easy to find but about 100m road is muddy when it's raining.
