Basic and disorganised
Pros:

The room was clean and the shower had good pressure. The shuttle back to the airport was reliable. Quite a few restaurants in the general complex to choose from.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise all night. As the hotel has recently changed hands, there was no record of my booking, technical issues with which rooms were king/ double and long check-in process. No communication about this change was provided by booking.com and I believe we overpaid as the hotel changed from 4star to 2 star and we were charged the same rate. No water, coffee or even glasses for tap water provided.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

The big, clear TV in my room, having breakfast included, my comfy bed, and the close proximity to the airport and local eateries.

Cons:

The fact that the AC didn't work in my room and I had to change rooms, but at least that was possible. The breakfast was a little limited but fine, but I didn't like that all the utensils and plates were single-use plastics rather than reusables. The world has too much plastic waste.

Good mattress. Wife likes the shower gel.

Cons:

Sold to, apparently, the Kingdom of Jordan since we booked. New staff has no English and can’t respond to requests. First time I’ve been charged for parking at a hotel. TV requires your personal account for streaming svcs, and doesn’t provide many channels as their contract has expired. Desk staff lost our rez at first, then made a great show of “accomodating” us. Onus on us to square any problems with booking.com after the fact.

Front desk lady at check in wasn’t friendly. Coffee machine was broke and we had to go to Starbucks. Spent money on coffee elsewhere and that was more cost to me.

Overall its a complete bad experience
Pros:

Breakfast is very disappointing. Not many options, what ever we ask its not there including bowls and napkins. The person at the kitchen doesn't understand English.

Cons:

First day we reached late night and got surprised to come to know that we are having room available with 1 king bedroom where we actually booked for 2 bed room. We are four and have to adjust all four in one bed. There is no prior notice or call and the front desk people are very rude and no respect to the customers. Very unapologetic. It was my birthday and had a very bad experience.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, the bed was good, the desk clerk was helpful.

Cons:

when I arrived the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and the system kept kicking her out when she tried to register a room for me, even though the property had sent me 3 reminder messages the same day. The only amenities in the room were a small refridgerator and a microwave. There was nothing else, no water glasses and no drinking water available anywhere in the hotel, no coffee/tea, no ice bucket. The hotel parking lot was run by a 3rd party and cost $15.00 to park. Apparently the hotel changed hands after I booked it and didn't bother to let those with previous reservations know. It was barely a 2 star hotel charging like a 3 star hotel. Definitely didn't match the Marriott name

This was a terrible stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Charged me the wrong price for the night. Had guests walking into other rooms with guests already sleeping. Reserved the shuttle to get back to the airport and it was full so we had to Uber to be on time for our flight. Asked for a refund or at the very least the correct price adjustment and haven’t heard from them.

Perfect for an overnight flight delay/connection.
