Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 27 au 31 juillet dans une Bungalow Deluxe vue sur piscine. L'état de la chambre est correct. Cependant, l'état de l'hôtel en général a clairement besoin d'un coup de rénovation. Les photos de l'hôtel ne représentaient pas la réalité de l'hôtel en général. Nous avons été un peu déçu sur ce point.
Sinon le petit déjeuner était pas mal et la navette mise à disposition par l'hôtel est appréciable.
Surroundings not maintained. Breakfast quality/selection is not good. The shuttle pick-up service offered is not on time or don’t show up. The only good experience was the swimming pool with the room was good and maintained. Overall not a good experience and would not stay here again.
had to hike up a giant hill to get to my room was exhausting, everyday - room is decent but lots of ants. we had to get ant spray a few times - if u open the door for a second you’re gonna get bunch of mosquitos in your place biting you all night.
Super schönes Hotel. Die Tür zum Bad hat gefehlt. Der Pool könnte gesäubert werden, aber das Personal war nett, das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Hotel lag etwas abgelegen. Dennoch gabs einen free Shuttle zum Aonang Beach
Very amazing facility. Our Family Pool Access is perfect. Great location, not too busy, not loud at all, yet still not too far from Ao Nang. Uber friendly and very helpful staff through and through. Me and my best friend had the best time/experience in Krabi and Chermantra doesn’t even disappoint even one bit. Will definitely come back to stay here again on my next trip to Krabi. Resort bar is also very accessible and room delivery is a plus. Love!
Oltiin 10 yötä joka oli liikaa. Ihan kiva muutamalle yölle, mutta ei pidemmälle lomailulle. Kävelyetäisyydellä ei kauppoja, ja vaikka on ”syrjemmässä” on vilkkaan tien varrella eli ei sen rauhallisempi kuin ai nangin keskustassakaan. Hotelli tarjosi muutaman kerran päivässä kuljetuksen keskustaan, mikä oli hyvä että pääsi käymään kaupassa ja ravintoloissa yms. Kuvat tehty selkeästi jollain tekoälyllä, sillä ei ollut ihan noin siistit puitteet todellisuudessa. Henkilökunta ei juurikaan osannut englantia joten kommunikointi hieman haastavaa joissain tilanteissa. On kolmen tähden hotelli, ei missään nimessä neljän tai viiden. Altaan vesi oli aika likaista. Aamupalalla aika hiilari/sokeri painotteista ruokaa. Siis kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok majoitus, varsinkin kun ottaa huoneen josta pääsy altaaseen. Mutta en olisi kuin muutaman yön.
Allting var bra, läget var lite sådär men hotellet erbjöd gratis shuttle vid flera tillfällen på dagen så det fungerade bra.
I stayed here for 14 nights and enjoyed it a lot. It’s a bit outside of Ao Nang, but that’s what I wanted to have and I enjoyed swimming in the 33 meter long pool.

Le lit demandé pour un enfant de moins de 6 ans n'était pas fait. On nous a demandé un supplément pour que le lit soit fait. L'enregistrement sur l'application n'avait pas suivi. Je préconise de doubler la réservation par un mail.
Ceci à part, séjour agréable, personnel très disponible et souriant.
Magnifique hôtel, personnel et piscine au top. Je le recommande fortement. Pensez à louer un scooter pour vos déplacements.
Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel en dehors du centre ville pour éviter la foule, le bruit...Et nous ne regrettons pas. Nous étions au calme dans la végétation et à moins de 10min du centre en navette gratuite depuis l'hôtel.
Nous étions 2 adultes 2 enfants et avons donc eu la suite familiale donnant un accès direct à la piscine, juste exceptionnel !
Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et y retournerons sans hésiter. Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon (hormis les jus qui sont inexistants c'est ni plus ni moins des sirops = mais ce n'est pas grave il faut manger les bons fruits frais proposés 🤩). Le personnel est adorable. Merci ❤️
Accommodation was ok, reception was super friendly, the little problem is with the room cleaners, this hotel works with a board system at the rooms, Green the room is made up, Red is “ Do not Disturb “, and in the middle they have yo clean the room, I don’t know if my room had a ghost in it, but for 3 day nobody came to clean the room, someone kept putting the board on green, had to go to the reception to ask to clean the room!!
Nous avons réservé la chambre avec la piscine privée. Globalement, l'hôtel est bien, la chambre superbe. Attention, il y a une navette seulement toutes les deux heures pour la plage, pas très pratique, nous aurions apprécié une plus grande fréquence.
Mais a notre arrivée, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'être envahie de fourmis. Nous l'avons signalé, une personne est venue immédiatement les retirer et passer du produit.
Le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé, cela a mis 2 jours a être réparé. Levier était bouché, personne n'est venu le déboucher, sans compter la fuite d'eau du robinet aussi ...
L'hôtel n'a pas voulu discuter et ne propose aucune remise malgré les désagréments.
Sur 5 jours de séjours, et au vu du prix c'est franchement moyen ! Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel.
Beautiful setting easy access to shopping and street food options nearby. 15 minutes walking to the beach.
