Schon lange kein Frühstücksangebot mehr, eine Auffrischung des Hauses ist angebracht, Matratzen leider sehr durchgelesen, Sichtschutz im Bad wäre schön

Leider sehr verschlissenes Haus.
Cons:

Frühstück wird nur für Gruppen angeboten. Info dazu zu spät erhalten.
Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen, das Lattenrost teils defekt.
Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht mehr ganz schließen. Aufgrund der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel war dann auch die Nacht entsprechend laut.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in den Kaiserhof. Für uns ist es jedes Mal, wie nach Hause kommen.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt, aber ohne personelle Dienstleistungen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage egal ob ÖPNV oder PKW. (Unser) Zimmer war sehr großzügig und mit guter Ausstattung. Zutritt hat auch ohne Personal gut funktioniert: Kommunikation über Booking.com

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort, das ist irgendwie komisch.
Kein Frühstück im Hause ist nicht schön. Das Cafe Schukurama in 150m Entfernung schafft Abhilfe.
Im Bad wäre ein blickdichtes Fenster sehr wünschenswert.
Leider hat der Wasserkocher im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

Frühzeitige Information, wie wir ins Hotel und ins Zimmer kommen. Dort hat alles unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir waren zufrieden und werden das Hotel wieder nutzen, wenn wir wieder nach Fürstenwalde kommen.

Zentral gelegen, sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Empfang. Zimmer sauber, ausreichend Handtücher und bequeme Matratze. Da nur eine Übernachtung, kann ich nichts weiter feststellen.

Cons:

Bei Booking gebucht, habe ich 30 Prozent über regulären Zimmerpreis bezahlt, ziemlich krass! Dabei ohne Frühstück. Wir reden hier über Fürstenwalde...Für diesen Preis konnte ich in Hong Kong über den Harbour schauen- inklusive Frühstück.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral, viele Restaurants sind von hier fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Eine Flasche Wasser gratis.

Cons:

Eher eine Unterkunft für Montagearbeiter. Die Rezeption hat nur sehr kurze Kernzeiten. Während Empfang, Flure und der Innenhof noch in einem anschaulichen Zustand sind, war das gebuchte Zimmer im Dachgeschoss wenig einladend. Extreme Temperaturen durch Sonneneinstrahlung. Vorhang vorhanden aber nahezu wirkungslos. Kleiner, veralteter Tischventilator ohne Funktion. Viele Krähen in der Nähe des geöffneten Fensters. Kühlschrank leider unbrauchbar, ohne Leistung. Die sehr alte Klimaanlage schon lange außer Betrieb genommen, die Lüftungsschlitze waren dementsprechend massiv verschmutzt. Bedieneinheit nur provisorisch abgedeckt. Zimmereinrichtung veraltet. Bett zwar sauber, doch die Matratzen verschieden hoch mit großem Spalt dazwischen. Badezimmer ebenfalls unerträglich heiß. Kein Zimmertelefon mit Kontakt zum Empfang. Check-out zwischen 09 - 10 Uhr ohne Personal, keine Möglichkeit Mängel zu besprechen. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für die gezahlten 250 Euro für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passte leider gar nicht. Es gab kein Personal, der Kühlschrank war abgestellt, ein Satz Handtücher für 2 Personen und Frühstück wurde nicht mal angeboten.

Cons:

KLIMAANLAGE IM ZIMMER UND LÜFTUNG IM BAD FUNKTIONIERT NICHT. ICH HABE NICHT EINMAL GEFUNDEN, WO UND WIE MAN DIESES EINSTELLT. KEIN PERSÖNLICHER ANSPRECHPARTNER ZU FINDEN BIS WIR GEGEN 09.15 UHR ABREISTEN. PREIS- LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS STIMMT NICHT. DURCH DIE VORAUSZAHLUNG BIN ICH DER SCHLECHTEN BEHANDLUNG AUSGELIEFERT.
