Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Fluss gelegen.
Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse/Balkon liegt direkt am Flussufer. Wir konnten am gegenüberliegenden Ufer sogar einen Bären sehen. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein Restaurant und einen Getränkeshop. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Norden
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir in Campbell River diese ausgezeichnete Unterkunft gebucht. Wir hatten eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern sowie mit Sauna. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe dem Highway direkt am Campbell River. Die Aussicht von der hinteren Terrasse auf den Fluß ist wunderschön. Auf Grund der herbstlichen Temperatur haben wir auch die Sauna am Abend genutzt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Einkaufszentren und der Hafen sind wenige Fahrminuten entfernt gelegen. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich auch ein Liquor Store für die, die die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse gerne bei einem Bier oder Wein genießen möchten.
Der Strathcona Provinzpark sowie die Elke Falls liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Vielen Dank auch an Sunny für seine sehr hilfreichen Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants sowie speziell für die empfehlenswerten Orte für Tierbeobachtungen.

Cons:

Leider zu wenig Zeit, da auf Durchreise nach Port Hardy 😉

The location was stunning and Sunny was so incredibly welcoming. The booklet of local attractions was superb and very helpful and thank you too for local food recommendations. We will certainly be back!

Cons:

Would have liked a waste basket in the bedrooms and a little bit of hanging space in the front bedroom.

perfect apartment close to town
Pros:

huge appartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms - ideal for 4 people easily. nice living room and kitchen and a patio right at the river front. very clean! would come back any time!

Cons:

I was confused about the sauna, I at least couldn't find it. laundry as well is no service provided as thought.
bit overpriced for 2, but ideal for 4.

Sunny is een superhost die je leuke tips geeft.
Pros:

Leuk appartement aan de rand van de rivier. Iedere dag zie je de zeehonden voorbij zwemmen en met een beetje geluk de zwarte beer die in het bos aan de overkant woont.
