Poor customer service and sound insulation
Pros:

The location is close to the Industrial Area.

Cons:

The staff members lack accountability, twice I asked for an email invoice - and I have yet to receive. Ironically, even customer service calling up to check on the stay didn’t help.
The sound insulation is not good enough for the grand mosque loudspeakers next door… it is so loud that that every call to prayer it’s as if there is a speaker in the room… Not an issue if you are not alight sleeper or don’t mind waking up at 4 am.

من افضل الفنادق على الإطلاق وأحب اشكر شكراً جزيلاً للاستاذة حصـة من قسم الاستقبال على لطافتها ومساعدتها لنا في إنجاز استلام الغرفة بأسرع وقت ممكن .. تشكر الإدارة على أستقطاب مثلها كانت تخدمنا بدون أي تذمر وتعطي المكان حيوية.

super obserwacja arabskiego życia, extra miejsce, dzielnica niedroga

śniadania biją na głowę wszystkie inne, różnorodność posiłków i obsługa perfekcyjne, można potem nie jeść do wieczora :)

basen w sam raz, woda bardzo ciepła wręcz lekko gorąca ale za chwilę jest jak w niebie, piękna arabska aranżacja, jacuzzi w saunie i sama sauna wspaniałe

siłownia na b. wysokim poziomie, nic tylko ćwiczyć jak jest jeszcze na to siła po zwiedzaniu

w hotelu 12 pięter, szybkie 4 windy, piękne aranżacje, szczególnie na dole, a na piętrach europejski, przytulny i bardzo cichy standard

w pokojach super, bardzo wygodnie i mnóstwo miejsca, wszędzie 2 TV i 2 WC, jedynie powoli można myśleć o odświeżeniu kafli podłogowych i sufitów w kuchniach (byłem w czterech pokojach), ale to już szczegół

wi-fi wystarczające, jak pamiętam około 30/50 lub odwrotnie

obok hotelu jest wielki meczet głównie obsługujący pogrzeby i serwis popogrzebowy, więc klimacik jest świetny, a jeśli nie chcesz słyszeć modlitw z głośników na wieży, to poproś o pokój z widokiem na parking za hotelem, a nie na główną drogę z frontu, chociaż chyba jak wszędzie w Rijadzie na tyłach zaczyna się kolejna budowa ;)

do metra idzie się około 12 minut, a metro jeździ co 4 minuty
taksówki przyjeżdżają do 15 minut ale po trzeciej są wszędzie potworne korki do około 23ej
