Bed was a little hard for me

Nice place, staff was wonderful and accommodating. Room was nice, a little water stain on the walls, there was no place to hang towels or the toilet. Still it was a nice stay and would stay again.

Cleanliness, the emphasis on ecological awareness, excellent breakfast!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the archeological site. Many restaurants nearby and lovely atmosphere in and around the town square.

Sehr gute Lage, großes Zimmer, ruhig. Frühstück im Hotel kann man, muss man aber nicht. Es gibt sehr gute Alternativen in der Nähe (Konditorei). Ständig frische Handtücher, Rezeption nicht immer besetzt, was kein Problem war.

Nice small hotel close to the train station that takes you to Naples and Sorento. Pompei site is close by 25 min walk depends how your pace is. Overall we had a lovely time lovely place enjoyed my time here would come back .
We got a taxi from the airport the guy said there is a meter in taxi but when we got to our hotel we were charged £113.00 euros on the meter it was £49 euros so we sat there telling him we were not going to pay as meters said £49 as long as we sat in his taxi he had bumped the price up got ripped of by the taxi .
On our return to the airport we got the train from Pompei to Naples for £3.30 and a bus for £5 euros to the airport nice and easy . Best to use train and bus service nice and easy .

10 minutes walk from the Roman ruins good transport links for Sorrento and Naples

I Recommend this hotel. Not far from the train station. And once you are on the main road , it is a straight walk along the high street , through the square , then on to pompeii ruins. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice bed. Good shower. Breakfast was quaint but plenty there and was fresh. Desk staff were friendly, welcoming, had good information and spoke good English. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay there again.

Stayed here for five nights in March . The Hotel is small and ideally situated in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the main square, central railway station and entrance to the ruins. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and an amazing coffee and cake establishment very near. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There were complimentary toiletries and towels were replenished daily. Everywhere was spotlessly clean! All of the staff (Reception, breakfast and cleaning) were very friendly. When we had issues relating to our tour company at the beginning and end of our trip, the Reception staff were very helpful especially Simona. We would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Pompei Be Green! Thank you.

This property is located close to everything.

Really great place, staff does not speak english but we got along fine. Was really nice and very close to down by pompeii and resteraunts. Best pizza in your life at Capi Blu. Couldnt get air to work until second day then it just came on in middle of nite.

Really great property. However we had an odd check-in experience. The hotel management tried to switch us to another inferior property in the city, when we arrived. We did have to stay in the other place for the first night. There was some excuse that they were having water problems at the original property. We also contacted Expedia to try and get relocated, that went nowhere! We called and complained, the hotel management and they switched us back to the original property we had booked, the next morning. Obviously no water problems as they were washing down front sidewalk when we arrived.

This hotel was closed when we arrived and someone came and took us to a different location that looks nothing like the pictures, all do we appreciate them not living us stranded for the night it does not justify the change in property or the refusal to refund also very disappointed at Expedia

Property was lovely, the fridge didn’t work which was a shame but overall our stay was great. Bathroom could use a little update but it was fine and the shower worked well. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly who were always happy to help and offer information about the area, transport, restaurants etc. Location is excellent It’s a 10-15 min walk to the historic site or the train station. Lots of tours available with meeting point a short walk away. Local restaurants a few minutes walk. The area felt very safe and I loved looking at the mountains surrounding us. I would stay at Hotel Pompei Be Green again. Thank you for a wonder stay.
