Fantastic hotel! The operator George is amazing. He speaks great English and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early and he was able to get our room ready as quickly as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the centre and on the Camino trail. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caldas de Reis.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located few steps from the Camino The room is comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast arranged beautifully and it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. Would stay again
If you are on the Camino then this is the place to stay on Caldas de reis - the food was great, rooms excellent and receptionist was excellent as well. There is a hotel restaurant but we went out for an Italian, as the hotel restaurant didn’t open to 8pm. Great nights sleep.
Stayed here during our Camino. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and there was not shortage of food. The receptionist seems a bit cross when we were checking in - we got the impression that we were bothering her - might have just been a bad day. Other than that I would recommend it.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty and had a fun atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful- - you order the night before and it is made as you arrive. I would come back anytime.
We had a very comfortable stay at this convenient botique hotel. The church, stores, restaurants, thermal spa were all in walking distance. I was able to get a massage at Davila just steps away. The hotel ambiance combines historic with modern chic.

Much as the Hotel itself was perfect for an overnight stay whilst walking the Camino (great bar and good food), what really made the experience memorable was the exceptional service we received from a young, English speaking (fluent) receptionist.
Unfortunately, due to an emergency we had to return home urgently, and the help we received in planning and booking our transport was invaluable. We could not be more grateful.
We hope to return to finish the Camiño, and will have no hesitation in staying again.
Pleasant little hotel in quiet street near town centre. It has clean, well furnished and air-conditioned rooms, with comfortable beds, and some with a private balcony. Free wifi. Terrace and on-site restaurant. Tasty breakfast.

This is the 3rd time I stay at this hotel. Each time has been lovely.
The hotel was beautiful. In the old part of town. The reception folks and the people at the restaurant were warm and kind. I loved my room and view from the balcony.
I had lunch one day and it was delicious. There was a quiet space near the reception where I was able to do some work. They offered and brought my lunch to the space where I was working.
Great welcome at reception, the rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom excellent, quiet hotel had a good nights sleep. Great location for strolling around town, excellent breakfast and overall good value for the room rate charged. Would come back to this hotel.
Best overall experience among many excellent ones on the Tui-Santiago stretch of the Camino Portugues. Staff was extraordinarily charming and helpful, rooms were comfy with a desk (not always available) and super made to order breakfast...varied and plentiful.
