Fabulous hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel and location are fabulous. Located on the outskirts of Sarajevo in a quiet park area next to the river. Good facilities on site and really close to several other good restaurants and bars in Ilidza.

La cena del restaurante.

Cons:

Fui a celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños. Fue decepcionante, el agua de la piscina estaba fría, la sauna y el baño turco apagados. Reserve un masaje para el día siguiente y por la noche me dijeron que no podría ser porque se había equivocado en la anotación de las reservas, lo cual era mentira ya que fuimos y no había nadie ni recibiendo ni haciendo masajes. Pedimos unas almohadas extras y nos la dieron sin funda. Y el agua de la ducha salía fría

Hicimos llegar todo esto y la respuesta la hemos tenido cuando ya nos habíamos marchado.

El desayuno no tiene calidad para ser un 5 estrellas.

Hotel je jako lijep i dobro ureden.

Cons:

Tus u sobi je bilo jako tesko za prebaciti sa slavine ma slusalicu, zenska osoba uz musku pomoc nikad nebi uspjela. Treba malo vise poraditi na cistoci hotela.

Es handelt sich auch um einer Historischen Platz welche hat im Jahr 1914 auch de Prinz Ferdinand von Hasburg mit Frau So

Es ist einfach Wunderbar gewessen. Ich habe keine einzige schlechte Gedanken oder Wörten für diese 19 Tage hier zu übermittellen. Was hat einzige gefählt im diessen spät Herbst Tagen ist - schöne Wetter.😉
Dass wegen muss einer hier auch im Sommer kommen.😎

Cons:

Bei mir gibts keine Zweiffeln und werde diese Platz verlassen mit bessten Gefühlen und Gedanken und werde mich freuen schnell WIEDER ZU KOMMEN.

They changed me about 45€ more than I have gotten in booking. The hotel explained that the exchange rate was the reason of the defrent and I understand.
