ホテルは非常に素晴らしのですが、ハノイ中心部からかなり離れており、公共交通機関でハノイに行くのは非常に難しいです。これは私の調べ方が悪かったのであり、ホテルには責任がないのです。ホテルは非常に素晴らしく、朝食も豪華でおいしかったです。ハウスキーピングを含めて、非常に良かったです。ホテルでの宿泊を楽しみにしているのでしたらお勧めです。

The best 5-star hotel in Phu Ly, located right in the city center. If you're looking for a place to eat, just ask the reception — the staff recommended quite a few local spots. There's also a supermarket in the basement, which is easy to find by taking the elevator. Overall, I'd give it a 10/10 if you're not being too strict.

Especially, right outside the door where always has strong wind is extremely appropriate for unwinding after work

L'hôtel est très bien (même si les murs de la piscine aurait besoin d'être repeint). Le personnel est compétent. Le seul bémol est peut être la ville située à une trentaine de km des sites touristiques de la région.
The staff were very nice though English level wasn't high enough to have effective communication. But we could handle.
I came this hotel for my business trip. I was so suprise that in this small city there is a 5-stars hotel. There are some points I think they should improve more to be "5-stars", but I am very happy with this. The service is very good, they are very helpful and friendly. They took care me as their family member. Appreciation!!!!

I stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a very comfortable bed.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Excellent choice if staying in this small, somewhat remote city. Beautiful building and rooms. I stayed for five nights… there are some service hiccups for us westerners, but all is forgiven due to the very friendly and earnest staff. The food is excellent and I don’t say that often. Breakfast is a vast spread featuring both western and Asian dishes including omelette and noodle stations. I had cocktails and dinner four different nights and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

This is one of the best hotel I've experienced. It is located in the center of Phu Ly which is easy to go to everywhere such as Tam Chuc, Dia Tang... Everything is good for me, actually there is something they could do better, but with the prices, it is ok. Anyway, highly recommend

This is one of the best hotel I’ve experienced in Vietnam. It is located in the center of the city. Very quite and suitable with the person who wanna relax and enjoy the environment. Highly recommend. The only thing I think they should improve is the luggage service

I went to Melia Phu Ly on my holidays. I had a wonderful dinner with my family at Rumbar restaurant. Delicious food, beautiful decoration and cozy space. The staffs are so nice, all the time, they must be trained carefully I think. Furthermore, if there is a customer having a birthday on that day, the restaurant will give them a free cake and a little performance to celebrate.
Good restaurant service, attentive staff, normal food compared to the price but i will come back next time with my family………..
I have only experienced the restaurant, next time I will try Melia's room service, hope there will be a good price
