The price point
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hyatt House! The place seems on the newer side and I like the comfortable rooms with a couch and desk! Love the bathroom and especially the shower!
Breakfast is much better than most hotels. Omelets were made in front of you!!

La habitación estuvo sucia. Tuve que limpiar todas las cajoneras. Y tenía un olor a viejo.
Head of maid staff was rude and took all clean towel from room and left little to use after her “cleaning” never asked if needed to replace instead she assumed strange using of a chair in shower and not welcoming at all. Should make sure to have her do extra training and best if use do not disturb on door unless absolutely necessary
We were welcomed by friendly staff into a beautiful hotel. Everything was clean, fresh & welcoming. The room was spotless. Safe area with dining options across the street. Views of the mountains were nice to wake up to. Highly recommend this hotel & would return

Love this hotel. It’s always clean and I love that the hot tub and pool are outside. Breakfast is always yummy. We stay here at least once every other month and it is just down the road from our house. It’s a nice staycation and we go for the relaxing hot tub!!

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff super friendly and attentive. It served a great homebase while attending business meetings.

Hotel.com double charged us, ac only goes down to 68 degrees, staff provided a fan but was dirty and clogged- had to take it apart and clean it myself then it worked great, room phone call to front desk just got a busy signal-had to use our cell phone. No omelet bar 2nd day, grill at bar wasn't open-maybe because it was a sunday
