Pros:

Breakfast was good, clean, friendly staff, hot tub was nice

Cons:

Hotel.com double charged us, ac only goes down to 68 degrees, staff provided a fan but was dirty and clogged- had to take it apart and clean it myself then it worked great, room phone call to front desk just got a busy signal-had to use our cell phone. No omelet bar 2nd day, grill at bar wasn't open-maybe because it was a sunday

The staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Cons:

I specifically mentioned that I needed a room with a taller toilet because I have 2 really bad knees and it's very hard for me to sit and get back up from lower seats. We were upgraded to a larger room at no charge, but the bathroom situation was not good. Short toilet, and no bars or anything to help me get up. I didn't want to complain because we had already been upgraded, but we will be sure to get exactly what we need in the future. Also, we both woke with a backache in the morning. 🤷‍♀️

Mostly good except for constant rumbling sound.
Pros:

The location met my needs. The size of the room was adequate. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There was a constant rumbling throughout the building, especially the upper floors for the length of my stay. The sound seemed to emanate from the roof. A staff member explored with me and indicated that he would contact maintenance to look into the noise. No change for the second night. The rumble persisted, but I was now somewhat used to it. Took a couple sleeping pills to help me get to sleep and not listen to the rumbling.

We needed early check in to freeze the medicine; the staff there helped us swiftly. Later we extended the stay and the staff helped arranged nearest room available. Very considerate

Stay here!
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was really nice although there were a couple things that weren't working - like the bathroom door wouldn't lock and the fridge was not working. But that would never stop me from booking there again. Courtney at the front desk was phenomenal and went the extra mile! Extra stars for Courtney! Free breakfast although we did not get up early enough to partake of it. Great place to stay with the family!

I got double charged for my one night stay. Plus i already thought i was paying too much. Good breakfast though and i couldnt order a swimsuit my size xl womans. Ill probably bring one next time.

Very good hotel, one of the best in the Orem/Provo area.
Pros:

This hotel has a really good breakfast. Everything else about the hotel is far above average.

Cons:

Some of the late night staff were sometimes hard to find. The parking is a bit far off, requiring parking around the corner from the front entrance.

Hyatt House good stay
Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

Only thing i didn’t like was that breakfast was always out of dishes or silverware and on Sunday they started to close breakfast at 9:50 when it was supposed to go until 10:00 am. They were out of everything and would not bring more. If you advertise serving breakfast until 10 am, you need to have food until then.
