Very clean and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Nearly new hotel, great power shower with plenty of hot water. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Friendly staff, although I found the owner over friendly as he wanted to talk all the time, all hours, which made me feel uncomfortable. I would therefore recommend this hotel to families and solo male travellers. The hotel is on a highway, but soundproof windows block out any noise which is minimal as it is located at the end of the highway near to the beach. Staff are happy to call a tuk tuk which takes just 15mins to Galle Fort and Unnwatuna beach. Good choice of breakfast to choose from and rooftop is pleasant.
