The property itself is absolutely stunning, but what really sets it apart is the level of service. Every single detail is handled with care, precision, and genuine warmth. The cleanliness is impeccable. Everything feels fresh, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately puts you at ease.

I have to take a moment to recognize the incredible front desk team. Mr. Shehab and Mustafa were beyond exceptional. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, they made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. It’s rare to come across hospitality like this where you feel truly welcomed and valued.

And a special thank you to Leva for delivering such outstanding service. The consistency, the attention to detail, and the overall experience reflect a team that takes real pride in what they do.

What I love most about this hotel is how effortless everything feels. Whether it’s check-in, room service, or simply interacting with staff, everything runs smoothly and with a level of excellence that is hard to find.

Pros:

Цена и качество. Расположение. Торговый центр при отеле и близость от станции метро и от Бурдж халифы, Дубай молла. Завтраки качественные и бизнес ланчи тоже. Вообщем минусов нет.
