This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is actually located inside a small shopping area, so you do not get the feeling of staying in a hotel at all.

There was A DOOR between the rooms, which provides very poor sound insulation. I could not sleep properly. My neighbours would often return around 3–4 a.m. and wake me up.

In addition, there was a constant cigarette smell in my non-smoking room because the neighbouring room was designated as a smoking room, and the smell was coming through the connecting door.

The room was not clean; there was a woman’s hair on the pillow. The corridors were also constantly smelly and very noisy.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help ( Ms Ghada) thank you so much. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was outstanding, and every request was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Pleasant and quiet stay for business purpose. I can’t think Moustafa enough for his great welcome every time.
Pros:

The staff, the location and the amenities. It’s actually adjacent to a shopping mall a mini one.
Moustafa is amazing, great hospitality, courteous, and professional. His smile doesn’t fade.

Pros:

До Бурж Халифа 20-30 мин по переходам. Отель расположен в торговом центре с продуктовыми магазинами. Метро совсем рядом. Ванная чистая, напор воды хороший. Запасы чай-кофе пополняются ежедневно. Есть тапочки в номере.

Cons:

Плохие завтраки, очень скудные, из мучного только белый хлеб, кофе приходилось просить каждый раз. Номер большой, но похож на больничную палату, полы холодные. Кухонный уголок расположен неудобно, прямо на входе. В бассейне разрешено курить и вы вдыхаете все время дым. Джакузи и бар у бассейна не работают. Место вокруг бассейна узкое, лежаки и зонтики расположены неудобно, загораешь все время одной стороной. Бурж Халифу не видно из бассейна. Моё окно выходило на автостраду. До пляжа 40 минут пешком по жаре.
