Suprised a Radisson would be so ran down
Pros:

Really nothing but the Location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Walking in the front door stepping over trash on the entrance Matt. Front desk area messy and junky. Carpets need vacuuming. mold on ceiling in our bathroom, floor of shower dirty. I thought Radisson was a quality hotel chain.

At least the doors wasn't outside
Pros:

The bed was very nice n soft and the hotel was close to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Didn't like the location of hotel, the first day staying the Ac was on locked and we couldn't control the air so it was hot. Just all around it wasn't the place for us.

Nice location but needed a lot of things this hotel could work on before I even try to come back.
Pros:

Location rooms were clean

Cons:

Close their breakfast early, the customer service as I seen them treat a customer was horrible, your booking said pay at arrival they gave their room away and owner was very rude and said he didn’t care about the group. We were suppose to have a refrigerator and we only had a microwave they said this hotel was under renovation and everyone was stuck with what was given. I wish we knew it was under construction we would have went to a better hotel.

Location and comfort were good.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and good size.

Cons:

The staff seemed very overwhelmed. Our key didn't work, the gentlemans answer to that was to give me a Master key for the night. Said they were changing software and that was the problem. Made me uncomfortable and wondering how many other guests had a master key and could have entered our room.
