Description 15min from harwich incorrect. 45min. Matrasses old slipped on bed. Staff disinterested. No Cash when asked to change a £10 note. Hotel very diffucult to find. Never seen a town with so many one way Streets as Ipswich

My no.1 choice for hotels in Ipswich
Pros:

Paulius at reception was exceptionally accommodating and amicable, the room was clean, warm and the facilities were all in good order. This hotel is outstanding in quality for a reasonable price, and the staff are always helpful and welcoming, especially Paulius!

The room had no window which wouldn’t suit everyone, though I was offered an upgrade I was fine with it. Room small, but perfectly adequate (though no tea/coffee making facility)
