Will take extra time in consideration of staying at this location next time visiting the Charleston area
Pros:

2 used band aides and no towels in the pool area was a start to a stay that let us down a little. Then we were given room 213 right off the breakfast area and lobby on a Sunday night. Seems we would have been given a room not steps away from all of the foot traffic.

Nice Stay, Pool Left a Bit to be Desired
Pros:

Other than the pool, everything was great. Regarding the pool, it appeared a bit dingy and/or needed to cleaned. We saw some hairs in the water. It did not appear to be heated, but it was unclear if the hotel promised it was heated or not. That said, we still swam twice in less than a 24 hour stay! And, the location was really cool inside the shopping center with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Not comfortable...unless you're a penguin.
Pros:

Not Hyatt quality. No staff. No heat in December.
Pool location was next to the parking structure which made it uncomfortable to get to unless you wore your winter coat.

Outstanding location in Mount Pleasant SC
Pros:

Location was onpoint. Shopping and food within walking. Parking was onsite. Staff was outstanding.
Someone needs to take the truck keys away from the trash driver. (was onsite at 4:15am ) removing trash. talk to staff and they made up for it.

Pros:

Located in a great spot for dining and shopping. Friendly staff, clean and breakfast was good. Would recommend and I would stay again
