Excellent, spacious room, with hotel close to key metro lines. Very nice staff.Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, the room surprisingly spacious (the photos are realistic!) and it was so convenient to all the places we visited, with more than one metro line very close. It was extremely hot during our stay and the air conditioning was so easy to use and completely reliable, which made our stay very comfortable. We used the kitchenette quite a lot, it was great.

Cons:

It was honestly so good that the only negative I can think of is that it would be good if the kitchen had dish towels and a good rack for drying dishes. But this is such a tiny thing! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great staff, nice property, not a great location.
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. So warm and helpful. The last day, my kids forgot some items in the room. They called me and were able to place the items in our bags that were waiting to get picked up and taken to the airport.

Cons:

Literally nothing in the area for a tourist. No shopping areas close by. Fortunately we only stayed here one night when returning back from Kyoto and flying home the next day. It was a far walk from the Tokyo station with luggage after getting off the Shinkansen. There was no other train to get on that would get us closer.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, loved the bedding design and having a small area to sit that wasn't in the beds was great for our family. Overall an excellent hotel, would stay here again!

Cons:

We had a small wait when checking in after hours since we had to wait for the night staff to come and open the door. Not a big problem though, it was a sheltered spot to wait for them.
