Should have a word on booking.com
Pros:

Given that it is part of Mimaru it was ok.

Cons:

Despite they are selling on booking.com with free taxi promotion. No-one informed me how to book it and by the time when I asked for it they said it is part of booking.com and they have no idea. So they should not be selling their rooms on booking.com or should feel more responsible about what their price is including.

I would choose them again and again
Pros:

Room is clean and has everything in it. Kitchenette is perfection. Kids loved their bunk beds. Toilet was so clean. We were very happy

Cons:

There was no handwash in toilet and no toothpaste in the bathroom. But this is not something I would be angry about as we got one from store nearby

This apt-hotel style is perfect if you’re needing more space when traveling with family. I enjoyed the washer and dryer
Pros:

The convenience of being close to the metro and several restaurants. Also, the room is comfy and large for Tokyo.

Cons:

Minimum on site services, but not a disqualification since everything else being offered sufficed for my tip.

Lovely. Will definitely stay at this chain again.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond. By far the biggest hotel room we had during our time in Japan! Kids loved the bunk beds. I also really liked the location. It wasn't totally dead, but wasn't busy either. Had some really manageable but useful subway stations nearby. Would stay here again!

Cons:

I wish I had been warned that luggage transfer can sell out on busy weeks- I went to book the night before like all the signage indicated was totally fine, but it was sold out. The front desk went above and beyond to get my bags transferred anyway, but just a warning that it doesn't hurt to book your luggage transfer right when you arrive rather than waiting!

もう少しリーズナブルだとまた使いやすいなと思う。
Pros:

清潔感があって過ごしやすい空間でした。キッチンダイニング周りは少し手狭でしたが、リラックスできるスペースでみんなが集まれる場所としては満足です。ランドリーの乾燥機がガス乾燥機だったのでとても早くしっかり乾いてよかったです。室内のハンガーやピンチタイプの洗濯物干しが用意されているなど、長期滞在しやすい気配りを感じました。

Cons:

お風呂やトイレの天井や壁に少し汚れが。ぱっと見は綺麗ですが、少しずつ清掃漏れがあるのかなーという印象を受けました。
客室からフロントにかける電話の使い方がわからなかった。フロントコールをタップしても繋がらなかった。タブレット型のおしゃれなツールでしたが使えないんじゃ意味ない。
アメニティのコーヒーはパウダーじゃなくてドリップタイプだったら嬉しかった。

Will Return, Again and Again
Pros:

The rooms are nicely sized. The toilet is separated from the shower which is very convenient. There’s a small kitchenette that is also convenient for tea/coffee. The best part of our stay was RiRi. She was immensely helpful and really made our stay memorable.

Nice hotel chain to give travellers a consistent experience
Pros:

Consistent facilities and service with the Mimaru chain brand which we liked as we previously stayed at the Ginza East property. Rooms were clean and spacious.
