Most spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet street, close to everything. Recommended!

Pros:

La déco de la chambre est au rendez-vous ( Pokémon) et l hotel très bien situé. Tout était parfait.

Cons:

Le partenariat avec le service de taxi : chauffeur 15 min en retard et 4 sièges pour 5 passagers commandés (ma fille a fait le trajet pour l'aéroport sur nos genoux)

A perfect place for families.
Pros:

Perfect for families. Comfortable and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located close to the metro station so it's super easy to get around. The luggage transfer system was so helpful.

ประทับใจพนง.ชื่อ RiRi มากเป็นพิเศษ เธอสวย และบริการอย่างเต็มที่ เต็มใจเธอช่วยประสานงานตำรวจ บ.ประกันรถ เพราะรถเราเกิดเหตุชนกับเหล็กของช่องจอดรถ เธอช่วยเหลือจนทุกอย่างผ่านไปด้วยดี

Nicht das beste Hotel der Mimaru Kette
Pros:

Grösse des Zimmers.

Cons:

Keine Spielecke oder ähnliches für Kinder. Mega unflexibel wenn man früher anreist, es wird nicht mal geschaut ob schon ein Zimmer frei wäre. Wir haben etwas persönliches im Hotel vergessen, sie wollten es nicht mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen schicken lassen obwohl es von der Zeit her noch gereicht hätte. War echt mühsam.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and clear directions around the area.

We had an issue with our flight booking due to our own mistake — we accidentally missed booking a ticket for our younger son, and children cannot be booked separately. When we contacted the booking platform (Trip), we were told to resolve it directly with Japan Spring Airlines. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach the airline from Canada, and our emails went unanswered.

After we arrived, Somit at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. He spent over 30 minutes communicating with the airline to explain our situation, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was resolved and payment was completed.

We truly appreciate the staff’s professionalism and dedication. Their support made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the outstanding service!
