Happy that I visited this amazing place, I had one of the best lunch and the cocktail I had were so refreshing, The service was amazing by Nate,she nail it,very friendly and she explained me about the food and the drink very well, Must try mango sticky rice very authentic 😋.

Had a wonderful lunch at woovo restaurant the food was amazing.. We had our food near the pool area amazing place and Nate was too good at her work she take all our orders and make wonderful mojito and banana smoothie was yummy her suggestion to food was top notch keep doing good work !!! Cheers and would love to visit again...

Really nice hotel, for 4* in Phuket it's really good 😊 The location of the hotel is very convenient , everything is near by, and it's quiet area,
Room is clean and cozy, just the lack of balconies is a bit disconcerting, but in general it's fine. All staff are very friendly 🙂 and about breakfast, it's okay there are some options, but always the same things 🤭( it's okay as it's not really matter for me)

The location is walkable to the centre and beach. Hotel is on a back street, it’s surrounded around older buildings but great for massage and 7/11 local shops. Felt safe to return late at night despite not being well lit. It’s not glamorous but comfortable for a short visit.

Good hotel, located in an excellent place, overall a good experience but the reception staff are not always nice.

Overall the hotel is good and this is already my third time at the hotel, I will come back and say that the reception staff are not always nice, in a hotel like this you expect to have courteous and smiling service, besides that at the end of the vacation they asked me for the cards for the room and I couldn't find one of the card and they charged me one hundred baht, I think it's a shame that such a hotel takes money for a room card, I've been to hundreds of hotels in my life and I've never been charged for a room.

We have stayed here a few times.

All the staff are fantastic and accommodating. The young lady 'Ant' at reception gets the gold medal for friendliness and helpfulness.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool and dining area is pleasant.

Cheapest room service/bar fridge prices I have ever seen in a hotel in lieu of competing with convenience stores nearby.

Excellent staff,good location. No, the surroundings are not that pretty but if you enjoy street life, as I do, then you won’t be sorry. Patong beach is not really pretty anywhere, even the beach, but it’s bursting with atmosphere and character. As for Woovo: Bars, laundry, 7-11 at the end of the road. Street food awesome. Pool is very narrow: more of a ditch but frankly I don’t care! Loved it; going back tomorrow.

Providing a refund when the error was acknowledged by Expedia was something a lot of companies turn a blind eye to.

staff demanded my partner and i check back in late at night after we had already checked in the night before and accused her of being high even though we do not smoke. very aggravating.

Very good value for the money. A bright spot down a shady soi. But clean and a friendly staff.

The surrounding buildings/area are not pretty. However the design inside is good despite a very small pool. I was lucky to be checked in by a kind receptionist who spoke good English. Nice and modern room, good noise reduction doors. At the start, there were several technical issues in the room but with help of the same receptionist sending a skillful Chief technician who fixed them right away, however some of those problems returned another day, but a different receptionist didn't understand English well enough to understand (very frustrating!). She kept asking for my room nr. over & over like a robot without moving forward, so I finally had to wait until the next day that the first receptionist come to work!

A blessing is a sign about "Cannabis Free" hotel.

Nice looking simple restaurant, the first day of breakfast looked interesting with some tasty Thai style food, but from the 2nd day until the end, the warm "thai style" food was terrible (looked very cheap & tasteless), with similar look everyday! There are basically 5 hot plates (sometimes turned off och Cold!); 4 of those are always the same; one- soup, one- sausage/bacon, one- potatoes/beans, one- rice/noodle, Only One with chicken/fish curry was kind of changing with different veggies but totally tasteless and colorless (in Thailand!?).

A little chaotic during breakfast, example: sometimes very long queue for the omelette, because there was only ONE man in charge of making everything, so he had to stop frying eggs in between in order to cut up vegetables for omelette. I pointed out this situation in front of the eyes the manager to send extra man, but he didn't care!

Almost everything (bread, warm food, salads and fruits) were finishing quickly because they filled them up with miserly small amounts, resulting guests to wait and keep reminding the rest. manager all the time to refill. When it was filled up, all vanished in a second as people were waiting.
The manager kept cleaning tables or check in guests (!!!), instead of going around and really "supervising" the overall situation in the restaurant and kitchen and make sure that there was a constant and generous flow of food!

Every food at the Lunch/Dinner buffet had a sign to see what you are eating but not for the breakfast, despite asking from the rest. manager several times to think about the allergic people and put a sign of the contents!

My conclusion is that the warm food could be the rest from the previous lunch/dinner so whatever chef got his hands on to serve in the next morning, so no real plan for ingredients and no sign.

In early time, all these points were discussed with the reception manager (who claimed herself to be the point for all feedbacks) but she said she couldn't promise any improvement after our conversation. By the end, sadly no action was taken, especially for the very obvious situation at the breakfast.

If hotel responses to this review, I can't expect anything more than the standard cliché phrases such as being sorry for inconvenience or promising better "next time"!

The hotel is really great in terms of cost benefit, the lobby, the corridors, the rooms, the bathroom - everything is renovated, clean and tidy - really excellent for those who are looking to spend the night in excellent Phuket. Pay attention when entering the room - document the inventory of drinks and snacks in the refrigerator in the room - they wanted to charge us for a can of drink that we didn't take at all, only after a short argument they decided to waive a charge that was not justified!

Overall very nice property in a dirty location
