Clean, easy to check in, The location is near City Hall Mall in Fukuoka, with many restaurants nearby.

ロケーションもいい。
広く冷蔵庫も大きくて自宅のようにくつろげるので快適に過ごせました。

整潔乾淨，附近有超市百貨非常便利住起來非常舒服、建議入住搭地鐵的朋友，要從天神南站下車到住宿的地點會比較方便也比較近

Cons:

當天入住時發現大門沒有辦法開，還好有民宿的負責人過來、但是晚上出去回來時還是遇到大門非常難開的狀況，希望可以改善或更換

Pros:

チェックインで困っていたらスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれて良かった。
洗濯物を浴室で一晩干したらちゃんと乾いていたので助かりました。ハンガーやフック持参だといいかも。

Cons:

空気清浄機の交換ランプ？が点滅していて音がうるさかったので、仕方なく消して過ごしました。

外玄関のインターホンが使いにくかったです

お部屋のドアのアラーム音が鳴り響びいてビックリしました。
あとしばらく（約3〜4分）ドアが開けれなかったので不快に感じました

お部屋の掃除はバッチリでした

Pros:

ロケーションが博多、天神、中洲、キャナルシティと徒歩圏で便利。
設備が清潔に維持されている。
鍵がナンバーロックなので同行者と別行動になった時にどちらが先に帰っても解錠できるのが便利。

Cons:

よくないという程ではないが、
・湯船につかる習慣のある者としては風呂にフタと椅子があると良い。
・洗濯バサミの沢山ついた洗濯ハンガーがあると嬉しい。
・廊下や外からの生活音が比較的うるさい。

アパートメントタイプは、小さい子がいる場合に最適。自宅のように過ごせるのでいつも選びます！

Cons:

ベットルームとリビングに仕切りがあると良い。照明をおとせないので、こどもの寝かし付けが少し難点。専用パーキングがあると、なお有難いです。

床和枕頭軟硬適中．浴室空間滿大的，浴缸自動放水方便，水溫穩定水壓足．浴室通風，乾燥，烘衣效果好．
冰箱也夠大．
