整體而言，算是還不錯的一次住宿體驗。
Pros:

旅館位址距離三個地鐵站都有段距離，需要走接近十分鐘，周遭算是住宅區，回旅館途中也有經過一些便利商店，採買便利商店的零食、飲料還算方便，離博多運河城滿近的。房間沒有想像中的大，五人房住三個人勉強足夠。由於是無人旅館，並無提供清潔服務，看到之前的旅客分享垃圾累積後會發臭，所以吃的垃圾會先沖洗，或者放到冰箱避免發臭。總而言之，一切算是還符合預想及其價位，並沒有令人驚艷之處。

Cons:

床太軟。另外，雖然不提供每日清潔服務，但至少應該要提供旅客垃圾放置處，讓旅客每天可以自行將房內垃圾拿出來集中置放在某處，否則此次住了五個晚上，垃圾都堆積在房中，住起來其實並不舒服。

Pros:

私が泊まった部屋は1フロアに２部屋という好条件で生活音などは上階の足音がたまに聞こえるくらいで特に気にならず快適に過ごせた。
アクセスも最高で、お店も周りに沢山あり快適でした。初回エントランスに入りかたに難儀しましたが、次回からはスムーズに入ることができました。また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

少し歩いたところにコンビニがあるが、館内に自販機か冷蔵庫に水があると最高だと思います。（有料扱いでok）

Pros:

that it was perfectly located beside a river, a good location to go around restaurants & landmarks, close to convenience stores & markets, and perfect amenities !

Cons:

it’s a little bit hard to find at first, but that’s because the area is unfamiliar (natural for first timers in fukuoka or that specific area)

Clean tidy accommodation
Pros:

It is about 10-15 minutes walk from train station (to both Tenjin-minami Station or Kushida Shrine Station), It is easy to walk without luggages (with luggages, I'd prefer taking taxi from Hakata station). quite a numbers of restaurants nearby. A very quiet area to stay. Our room has 2 double beds and 1 single, for a family of five. The room size is just enough for us. Room is clean and tidy. Check in process is simple and contactless. Washing machine and drying machine in the room is a bonus !
