次回、宿泊する事は無いと思います
Cons:

外玄関のインターホンが使いにくかったです

お部屋のドアのアラーム音が鳴り響びいてビックリしました。
あとしばらく（約3〜4分）ドアが開けれなかったので不快に感じました

お部屋の掃除はバッチリでした

地元に溶け込んで過ごす拠点として最適
Pros:

ロケーションが博多、天神、中洲、キャナルシティと徒歩圏で便利。
設備が清潔に維持されている。
鍵がナンバーロックなので同行者と別行動になった時にどちらが先に帰っても解錠できるのが便利。

Cons:

よくないという程ではないが、
・湯船につかる習慣のある者としては風呂にフタと椅子があると良い。
・洗濯バサミの沢山ついた洗濯ハンガーがあると嬉しい。
・廊下や外からの生活音が比較的うるさい。

Spacious apartment in a great location that was suitable for a family of 4.
Pros:

Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Transport options within a 10-minute walk, and Hakata station within 15-minutes. Spacious room that had everything we needed.

Pros:

アパートメントタイプは、小さい子がいる場合に最適。自宅のように過ごせるのでいつも選びます！

Cons:

ベットルームとリビングに仕切りがあると良い。照明をおとせないので、こどもの寝かし付けが少し難点。専用パーキングがあると、なお有難いです。

床和枕頭軟硬適中．浴室空間滿大的，浴缸自動放水方便，水溫穩定水壓足．浴室通風，乾燥，烘衣效果好．
冰箱也夠大．

Cons:

唯一美中不足的是廁所有異味．

整體而言，算是還不錯的一次住宿體驗。
Pros:

旅館位址距離三個地鐵站都有段距離，需要走接近十分鐘，周遭算是住宅區，回旅館途中也有經過一些便利商店，採買便利商店的零食、飲料還算方便，離博多運河城滿近的。房間沒有想像中的大，五人房住三個人勉強足夠。由於是無人旅館，並無提供清潔服務，看到之前的旅客分享垃圾累積後會發臭，所以吃的垃圾會先沖洗，或者放到冰箱避免發臭。總而言之，一切算是還符合預想及其價位，並沒有令人驚艷之處。

Cons:

床太軟。另外，雖然不提供每日清潔服務，但至少應該要提供旅客垃圾放置處，讓旅客每天可以自行將房內垃圾拿出來集中置放在某處，否則此次住了五個晚上，垃圾都堆積在房中，住起來其實並不舒服。

Pros:

私が泊まった部屋は1フロアに２部屋という好条件で生活音などは上階の足音がたまに聞こえるくらいで特に気にならず快適に過ごせた。
アクセスも最高で、お店も周りに沢山あり快適でした。初回エントランスに入りかたに難儀しましたが、次回からはスムーズに入ることができました。また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

少し歩いたところにコンビニがあるが、館内に自販機か冷蔵庫に水があると最高だと思います。（有料扱いでok）
