Clean rooms, great spa, pool is very nice!

An amazing stay and experience! Beautiful surroundings and lots to enjoy. Many thanks to the wonderful staff from management to the masseuses and the entire team who made the stay unforgettable. We will be back!

Beautiful property, we were in the valley view suites. The rooms were big and with all modern amenities. We asked for hot water for our tea and they delivered an electric kettle for our future use. The staff was very courteous and would go out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was wholesome and excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They made it a joy to stay there.

The rooms are spacious, well kitted out, regular cleaning and private pool maintained daily.

Few if any complaints. Some parts of the stone fabric look like it needs replacing or cleaning but it’s highly functional.

The views from the pool bar area are v pleasing and the New Year party excellent.

The commute from the airport is tortuous but our hotel driver did his best to make up for it but 3-4 hours for a 40km journey is almost as long as the flight from Perth.

This is not an issue if you are staying a week or more.

And the staff make up for it with their welcome 🙏

This is a wonderful family- style boutique hotel with great design, atmosphere vibe and service. In the short time of my stay (5 days) I have become great friends with staff. This hotel is excellent, super clean, great position, gorgeous views and great faciities we loved it! Walkable to all facilities and right near the monkey forest. We hired Aris as our taxi driver and he was amazing very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe as the roads are just crazy! Dirah the receptionist was just so helpful and all the staff were just lovely, so genuinely polite and friendly - we felt so welcome, we will be back, thanks to all!

Le Tejaprana Bisma est, sans aucun doute, le meilleur hôtel que j’ai jamais fréquenté, et j’ai beaucoup voyagé ! Niché dans une zone calme d’Ubud, il offre une proximité idéale avec les restaurants, bars et temples, tous accessibles à pied. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée, au calme absolu, avec une piscine privée offrant une intimité totale, sans vis-à-vis.

Le personnel est d'un professionnalisme remarquable, toujours attentif et souriant. C'est un petit hôtel à taille humaine où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Mention spéciale pour le spa, dont la qualité et le professionnalisme sont irréprochables.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est exceptionnel : petit déjeuner à la carte avec un large choix, incluant des spécialités indonésiennes, et le dîner est tout aussi remarquable. Chaque repas a été d’une qualité extraordinaire, mes félicitations au chef ! Le service de navette est également très pratique.

Un plus unique : chaque matin, des singes en liberté visitent l’hôtel. Enfin, la piscine chauffée est un véritable atout pour se détendre. Un séjour inoubliable !

Best place to stay in Ubud. Location is great for all the restaurants. Hotel and staff are incredible. They do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Will come back.

love our villa with personal pool we stayed at. First stay in our Bali stay where the shower had good strong water pressure. staff was amazing and super nice, outstanding Balinese hospitality and well spoken English. villa is very well maintained, quiet and peaceful while still being walkable to busy shopping area on Bisma and Monkey Forest street. 5 mins walk from the Monkey Forest so will see monkeys roaming into the villa. we were presented with daily fresh fruits and bottled glass water. our daily breakfast is made to order from menu. food and cocktails were all delicious and we don’t say that lightly. Their happy hours is buy one cocktail, get one free. their mango sticky rice is very good and I ordered this a couple of times. they do offer activity such as yoga and even have dance performances there but we didn’t have time to participate.

the only downfall is when catching a Grab car (app ride), they can only come down on Bisma street so alot of time we are stuck in traffic getting back to villa but not their fault. Grab scooter isn't a problem though. traffic is just very typical in Ubud.

Amazing place to stay, this is our second time here and it’s located wonderfully. You can stroll into central Ubud within a matter of mins and yet it’s set back far enough so the villas are tranquil and peaceful without any noise of traffic etc. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond. If you are looking at booking this place then just do it - you won’t regret it!

Incredible venue. We had the AC leaking water and was resolved very very quickly. Other than that, food and views were fantastic. 0 issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The room was very nice with a view of the field and forest. We had a few monkeys around also. It was a very peaceful respite from the crowds and traffic in the Ubud area. The restaurant food was delicious and we actually ate most of our meals there as we wanted the peaceful setting after a hectic and tiring day of touring. Ubud is a somewhat central hub for visiting the other areas too, but you will spend a lot of time in traffic and driving distances. Ubud is crowded as narrow streets but many cars, scooters, and people all trying to get through. If you want to explore a lot of tourist spots then stay here. Tejaprana Brasma is the best in the Ubud area. If you want to just relax and enjoy nature then I would choose a quieter area of the country or just stay at the resort. For comfort issues the bed and pillows were firm for me but we made some adjustments that helped. Again if you want to stay in Ubud then this resort was excellent.

There are not enough words or space to write about this magical place—the facilities are wonderful, the staff is very attentive and the spa is great. There is a driver for the hotel, Made, who is fantastic. He drove us to great places, told us about the history of various parts of Bali, and was extremely knowledgeable. If you stay at the resort, I recommend that you ask for Made to drive you around to see the sites. You will not be disappointed!

Staff are wonderful, they are very friendly and remember your name. Their spa facilities is good with nice treatments and the room are nicely decorated.
However, I found stains in the bed sheets and for the bathroom, I would recommend warm lights than white lights which is more cohesive with the ambience of the room.
The property is located in a more quiet area of Ubud, not near to the main shopping area. And the view of my room and the yoga area is amazing and serine.

Wow, I have so many words to describe this magical place, I can write for days and I will be short. The hotel have an a perfect view, so clean they clean the hotel twice a day. they very very educate, kind, friendly , Ha, Atik, Gus, Weda, Yoga, Dah, Aditya, Aris, Made, Abu, Desai, Swan, Eva, Kucik Ayu, Ahis, I stay there for 7 days and all of them do not have words to describe them, BUT an special shoutout for Mr, ANGGA, uff he was my daily driver and guia, I give thanks to my God for put person like him on my life, unfortunately was only for a week. Overall the hotel have excellent food, excellent location, Bali was a really dream destination for me and all those people make it better. Thank you crew.
