Didn't stay but excellent customer service
Pros:

I cancelled but the staff was really nice and was able to refund me I hope. I haven't gotten charged so Imma guess that's what happened and if so I truly appreciate it they were honestly so very nice the office staff there

Good location, good breakfast for the price paid and free parking
Pros:

Breakfast, location and free parking. The breakfast was basic, but I was happy for the price paid. The breakfast at this SpringHill hotel was better than another SpringHill I stayed a few days ago.

Cons:

Bathroom set up was awkward. No sink inside to wash your hads after using the toilet. There was a separate sink outside. Limited space to put your clothes while showering.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Awesome location, easy to get around to sights, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was good.
