Next to a big shopping centre
I stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Langfang on March 30th and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The first room I was given was unclean, with sticky floors and a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. After raising this with staff, I was moved to another room late at night (around 11 PM), but the second room was in an even worse condition.
The bathroom had visible mould and dirt, the sink was blocked and filled with brown, foul-smelling water, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors were dusty, the lamps were broken, and there were exposed electrical sockets which felt like a safety hazard. It appeared the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
To make matters more difficult, there was a significant language barrier as no staff members spoke English, which made it challenging to communicate our concerns. Because of this, we felt uncomfortable raising the issue again so late at night.
Given the condition of both rooms, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or safety expectations. I would not recommend this property based on my experience and believe the situation warrants a full refund.

Großes und sehr schönes Zimmer. Unsere Fahrräder konnten unkompliziert in der Lobby über Nacht stehen und wir waren mit dem Frühstück - auch western style - sehr glücklich. Danke.
