There was something handmade covering the smoke detector in the bathroom and the front desk associate when we left was literally asleep elsewhere not working

I like the customer service. Faye at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also want to mention Erika in housekeeping thank you, for your kindness.

Cons:

Needed a lightbulb in my lamp. Could have called down or asked a housekeeper but I kept forgetting. 😊

I won't stay here again.
Cons:

Water was not even warm enough to steam up the mirror in the bathroom. Had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a small partial roll upon check in. Lobby ofc4th floor smelled like sewage.Was promised IHG points to compensate for the problems but was never given them.

Even though this was a major holiday weekend, the room was quiet.
