Perfetto - Grazie!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel - Super Team - leider haben andere Gäste die Zimmer und Ausstattungen sehr sehr geschädigt - Wasserschäden an den Böden etc. Schade, um dieses sehr schöne Hotel!

Cons:

Kalk in den Duschen/ Duschköpfen - das Personal muss besser geschult werden, wie man diese Dinge reinigt und erhält. Sonst muss ständig erneuert werden - Ich denke, mehr Sorgfalt vermeidet unnötige Kosten. Silikon am Whirlpool im Zimmer war katastrophal gemacht - wahrscheinlich auf youtube ein Anleitungsvideo geschaut - schade, um die teure Ausstattung!

Pros:

Colazione ottima, qualità ottima e self con dolce e salato, varietà molto buona. Posizione dell' Hotel a ridosso del centro pedonale, unici problemi la mancanza di parcheggio, che era uno dei motivi della scelta dovendo lasciare fermo un furgone trasporto moto e utilizzo poi delle moto stesse, ma non c'era posto nemmeno per quelle e mancanza della climatizzazione nella camera che con il clima caldo che abbiamo in questo periodo è stato un problema dormire con 25-26 gradi di notte.
Altro piccolo neo il pagamento richiesto della tassa di soggiorno quando in fase di prenotazione era scritto chiaramente "Tutto compreso".

Cons:

La climatizzazione della stanza e lo specificare se il parcheggio è o non è disponibile per chi, come noi, ne aveva fatto uno dei criteri di scelta.

Schöne und große Zimmer.

Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto accogliente e molto vicina al centro.
La spa è piccola, però può essere utilizzata individualmente, quindi non troverete altri ospiti con voi. Vi dovete soltanto prenotare lo slot. A partire dalle 14:40 per 40 minuti
La colazione è completa con vasta scelta e qualità davvero ottima.
Lo staff è uno dei più gentili che abbia mai incontrato sia la reception che è durante la colazione

P’tit dej ok rien ne manquait accueil chaleureux personnels à l’écoute,le jeune a l’accueil très pro le jacuzzi et sauna parfait tout comme le restaurant nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Relax al massimo in montagna
Pros:

Ho scelto questo Hotel perchè cercavo una stanza che avesse la vasca idromassaggio in camera. questa struttura la offriva sul terrazzo all'aperto e ho molto apprezzato. Non c'è tantissima privacy in vasca anche se si è al 3 piano, alcuni palazzi nelle vicinanze possono vedere sulla terrazza. ma per me nessun problema. La sera di notte relax assoluto in vasca.

Very engaged receptionist, nice hotel, great place.
Pros:

Annette from the reception was very helpful and patient with me. I was late with my arrival due to traffic and she made my checkin possible and came by to check if everything has worked for me even though she already had finished work. Thank you!
