Pros:

I liked the ambience and the staff was also helpful.

Cons:

There is no parking facility and nobody to help to carry the luggage and the breakfast also was not up to the mark and the food was pathetic not at all tasty and overall I wouldn't suggest this hotel for family.

Cons:

Nothing was like expected. Doesn’t worth the money. Especially the breakfast served was horrible and was very cold. They literally served the same cold breakfast all 3 days and it was very difficult to eat that cold breakfast in that cold weather.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious having king size bed and balcony. Hot water facility was there.

Cons:

No cleaning in between of 3 day stay. TV and hot water cattle was not working. Property manager was rude. Even after providing all details of adult and children at time of booking, it considered only adults and children not included, had to pay 800 per children per day including breakfast, that was disappointing. Breakfast was provided after 8:30 only, so you cannot go for site seeing early. City centre is 2km far and no shops near by.

Superb Cozzy
Pros:

Vinu Valley Resorts is a wonderful place to unwind. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is courteous and attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly. The peaceful ambiance and lush greenery around the property make it a perfect escape. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Not a lot. Hot water geyser was a good addition.

Cons:

Sheets and towels stained. Ceilings and walls are moulding. Definitely not worth what I paid to stay 2 nights.
