Cons:

Habíamos reservado y al llegar nos dijeron que no quedaban habitaciones. Nos enviaron a un hotel, sin dejarnos escoger, y aquel hotel no estaba preparado para nuestra llegada (habitacion fria, mal olor, agua marrón en los grifos….). Muy mala atención y resolución.

Un hôtel fantome
Pros:

Pas grand chose à dire vrai. J’ai apprécié la réactivité de la personne qui au téléphone m’a donné le code car il semble que j’avais oublié de m’enregistrer

Cons:

Le côté dépersonnalisé voire fantôme de cette hôtellerie. Un code à avoir, un escalier raide, des affiches qui laissent croire que l’on est accueilli, un petit déjeuner sans les viennoiseries, une télé qu’il faut déchiffrer pour la faire fonctionner, un chauffage non réglable. Sans doute aurais je du appeler ou envoyer des messages? Cela ne correspond pas à ma conception de l’hotellerie

Quelle contreperformance pour un établissement à réceptionner des hôtes.
Cons:

L'hôtel était pas en renovation mais en grands travaux. Les artisans ont quitte le lieu mais leurs outils, matériaux était comme si ils ont pris la fuite a la fin de leur journée de travail.
La chambre réservé était pas dispo car au rdc.bloqué par le désordre.
Celle proposé était moins grand avec un lit de 1.40m qui ne oxreespondait pas au photo.
Le chauffage ne marchait pas et la chambre était humide et sentais mal.

Petit hôtel-brasserie très bien situé : zone pietonne, donc au calme, mais à proximité immédiate de pakings et du centre ville. Accueil sympa. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable (literie, notamment).
