Excellent choice
Pros:

Excellent hotel with very cosy rooms
Well placed
Very nice receptionists
Good breakfast
Excellent price for value

Cons:

Everything and everyone was definitely very nice BUT the woman in charge of the breakfast: very rude attitude, no smile, no welcome, no assistance for me and for other customers.
Apparently she dislikes her work so why not to leave her place to someone friendly with customers?
We are here to enjoy our stay not to be treated like dogs.

Great place to stay
Pros:

FRIENDLY and helpful staff, freshly painted and wall papered,
great breakfast and location. Very happy i stayed there as my last hotel out of 15 hotel stays in a month

Utmärkt hotell för ett kort besök i Helsingör.
Pros:

Väldigt bra läge. Tyst och lugnt. Fritt kaffe med wienerbröd till eftermiddagskaffet. Trevlig personal!

Cons:

Liten randanmärkning. Det fanns ingen senap till korven på frukosten. Vi hittade ingen ölöppnare på kvällen i restaurangen som vi fått nyckel till.

Pros:

Camera bellissima, grande e pulita, così come il bagno.
Posto comodo sia per la vicinanza alla stazione che per il cemtro città.
Colazione a buffet buona.

Cons:

Dörren till rummet kändes inte hel säker när man inte kunde låsa den själv…. Det var också en glipa som gjorde att det kom in ganska mycket ljus från korridoren

Pros:

Difficile à dire car tout le séjour a été boulversé par le fait que nous n'avons pas eu une bonne chambre.

Notre séjour a été extrêmement décevant et très loin de ce qui avait été convenu.

Lors de la réservation, nous avions explicitement demandé une chambre calme. Ceci pour des raisons extrêment importants pour nous. L’hôtel nous avait confirmé par écrit qu'il pouvait accepter notre demande et que nous disposerions de la chambre la plus calme.

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre se situait au premier étage, donnant directement sur une rue très fréquentée et bruyante, et en plus juste au-dessus d’un restaurant avec terrasse. Cela ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui avait été annoncé étant donné que les fenêtres laissaient passer tous les bruites.

Je me suis ainsi rendue à la réception pour signaler le problème. On m’a répondu qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible et que je pouvais être rassurée car le restaurant n’était pas en activité.

Cette information était incorrecte.

Le soir, en rentrant, le bruit était extrêmement important : à environ 10 mètres de notre fenêtre, un bar avec terrasse proposait musique et danse à un volume très élevé, avec beaucoup de monde. Il a été impossible de dormir avant la fermeture.

À 6 heures du matin, nous avons été réveillées à nouveau par de la musique forte, cette fois provenant du personnel du petit-déjeuner qui travaillait dans le restaurant situé juste en dessous de notre chambre.

J’ai signalé la situation au personnel présent, qui m’a indiqué que la direction me contacterait et m’a demandé de déposer un commentaire sur Booking afin que le chef puisse identifier notre dossier et nous contacter. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucun retour. En résumé :

– la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui avait été confirmé
– les informations fournies sur place étaient trompeuses
– le niveau sonore rendait le repos impossible
– aucun suivi n’a été effectué malgré les promesses

Je dispose des échanges écrits confirmant notre demande de chambre calme.

Je laisse chacun apprécier la situation.
