Pleasant - but annoyed at the ‘screw the guest’ approach with the park - over double the price.

Cons:

It’s an excellent contemporary design but a little soulless at times.
The car park was the most expensive in the area.- had to go down the block to spend 15$ rather than be screwed at almost $40. What a cheek to call us a guest.
Room is well designed but stripped back - I know it’s the style - but 2 bottles of water and a cheap desk provided makes it feel cheap.
The waiter at the excellent La carte breakfast giving you the bill 60 seconds after you sit down with the usual tip inplication is typically cheeky American.

Loved it! My first solo non-business trip.
Pros:

The front desk agent "PJ" was the true meaning of a concierge (Moxy Midtown Atlanta). He was extremely kind, helpful and resourceful. He represents southern charm and hospitality. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, very warm and inviting. The rooms were designed to perfection. The bathroom was beautiful, I want that shower with the subway tiles. The sliding farm door, very HGTV. Then you get a full length mirror which I need for my fit check. They even had makeup removal wipes that get the job done before you hit that fluffy pillow. I logged into Netflix like I was right at home. The only thing I was missing was a nice bar of soap. They had the shampoo/body wash, I prefer soaps suds and lather in my life when I need to be clean in all the right places. Next time, I'll just bring my own and we'll make it a 10/10.

Comfy room. Nice rooftop vibe. Jordan & team did an amazing job with serving us during our stay.

Cons:

No real view. Maybe because it was Menorial DAY weekend but the experience of what I expected to be a luxury hotel was not the full experience I expected. Nice facility but no fridge in the room. No security latch as any other place has. Called twice for housekeeping & clean linen that I never received in my time there. O directions of where breakfast would be. It's almost as if you have to ask for everything you want when you're paying decent money.

Cons:

Breakfast included is just a bagel and a drink. I was told over the phone that there was a buffet style...but staff failed to mention its an additional charge on top of the included breakfast fee.

Great time
Pros:

It was a amazing experience. The hotel from top to bottom was very clean. All the hotel stuff was pleasant especially the front desk agent Myaa. She is a wonderful face that welcomes u to there nice establishment.
