Simple, relaxed, and enjoyable. Wished for a kind gesture to soften the "trendy paint factory" vibe.
Pros:

I liked the in room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee. All the soaps and shampoos we quality. The shower was well designed for singles or couples. Room to move and get in the groove.

Cons:

No complimentary water for the coffee. Although the $6.00 bottle mineral water was a nice option, it seemed a little excessive for coffee. Also, no snacks in the room. At $200 a night a health bar or nut candy would have been a nice gesture. In the old days, a chocolate mint was a sweet reminder of care and comfort. Words are a cheap gesture of marketing love, whereas the item itself is a complete gesture. It goes a long way when words or forgotten. Especially theses days.

Great staff & clean
Pros:

Best part of our stay was our shuttle ride with Nathan! He was so kind and drove incredibly safely. The hotel is honestly lucky to have him!
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful as well. The sheets and bathroom were clean and location was good.

Great staff
Pros:

Nathan was a great shuttle driver. He took us to the airport from Hotel Indigo despite icy and snowy road conditions. He was friendly and easy to talk to.
