REPETIRE EN MI REGRESO A PROGRESO
Pros:

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, muy cerca del malecón de Progreso.
La habitación muy amplia con refri, caja buen aire acondicionado y todo muy nuevo!
La piscina super refrescante y limpia y casi siempre toda para nosotros!
Repetiré en mi regreso a Progreso.

Cons:

Es verdad que hay transito de camiones por la calle pero es solo de día, si eres muy sensible viaja con tapones y ya

El hotel es cómodo y la ubicación está bien. Sólo le batallamos mucho con la regadera. Pero nada que afectará nuestra estancia, el personal muy amable y la piscina muy bien, si regresaría.

I had to book another hotel for the remainder of my stay due to the smell and Noise ALL NIGHT LONG.
Pros:

Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

Great stay
Pros:

We were able to check in a few min earlier. Only critic is water runs out had to call 2 times to fill tanks , also no warm water in morning had to call to be fixed. Amenties are given upon request at certain time. Cannot be given at other times that cleaning crew not present as they keep it locked "supposedly". The hotel is 3 blocks away from beach front but very far from city center and bus station . They need to be mindful of how many people are reserving room to leave that many towels and amenties, so we dont have to be asking for extras. Also so many controles for tv, air, and fan.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was super close to the beach. Bed was big and roomy! Plenty of space in the room for luggage, etc.

Cons:

The doors are not well insulated which meant we could hear the noise in the hallway as well as the heavy road traffic (road works nearby, so lots of big trucks passing by). The price for the room was good, so we didn't worry too much as it was a short stay!

Super clean and close to the beach
Pros:

Excellent beds and pillows. Nice shower. Loved the tile decor.

Cons:

Other guests need to close their door quietly. Why do people let doors slam behind them? Hold the handle and close it yourself so that it doesn’t bang. Especially if you’re leaving at 6am.

Pros:

Muy cómodo y adecuando. Habitación muy limpia y con todos los servicios en general. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero la ubicación tiene opciones cercanas. Tampoco cuenta con restaurante pero tienes a 2 cuadras muchas opciones de “shopping” incluyendo restaurantes y por supuesto EL MAR…!!! Disfrútalo !!!
