Everything was exceptional the property the room, the pool area the gym everything was great. I used to work here. I opened this place with other coworkers before they even opened so I was there to experience that and to be a part of that so I come back to this place every summer in spring and stay with my family for one month or two months
I did not like the fact that before checking out I cleaned the room. I did the dishes so the maid wouldn’t have to do it because I know how hard their job is cause I used to work there and once we checked out at 12 o’clock around five something someone from there tried to charge my car $250 so I called the property and the manager answered and I asked him why was my card trying to be charged for $250 when the room was 264 including that the deposit he goes oh because the room smelled like smoke for one I have my kids there I would never smoke with my kids for secondly I don’t even smoke. I don’t do any type of drugs I recently just had a kidney transplant so I rented this room to get away from the outside world so I could heal and so my kids could swim and just so we could be in a quiet environment. I was really upset and pissed off that he would charge my card without even talking to me so when I asked him, why would he charge my card without following up with me to see what the issue was? He said I am so sorry about this. I am so sorry. The card was declined. It didn’t go through so we’re even we’re OK don’t worry about it. We’re not gonna charge you. I even offered to send in my documents for the kidney transplant like I really don’t understand like I told him I’ve been coming to this hotel for years. I worked there and I’ve never had a problem out of any staff there because they knew me so I’m just still mind blown how he could just take it upon himself and just charge someone’s card $250 without even talking to Them.
the room is clean and comfy
I booked a king suite room for the night of my wedding this last Saturday, and I was given two full beds instead.

Recently stayed here for three nites. It's a nice newer hotel, however, I was charged more than my reservation and when I brought to their attention they would not honor the documented reservation rate. Additionally, both elevators were out of order one day and I was on the 4th floor, I asked to be moved to first floor for physical limitations. No effort at all made to accommodate. Staff is arrogant and unhelpful. There is much better option with Homewood Suites only a couple blocks away.
This is not a family oriented place to stay. I do not feel safe when I checked in my room and met with some family who was staying here to let my kids swim while they bbq. I left to the store and everyone gone. Unaware of what happened I go up to my room where my family were getting ready and we left to go out and get some things for our stay. Upon coming back around 12 AM the security and rep knocked and let them selves into the room with no announcement or chance for me to get to the door. Confused and scared for my kids safety, I asked him what the hell is going on and why did they let them selves into guest room like that. The security said its private property and they can do that.. I said into a room that I paid for without consent and the guy proceeded to tell me that we must vacate from the premises and that my party that was there earlier already have! First I did not book with them so how did you identify and decided to remove us from the premises! Whoever is managing this hotel is running an unsafe circus and I will definitely not be coming to this place of harassment!!!!! Definitely looking to sue for unjustified removal from premises.

It was great rooms were clean and the free breakfast was great a lot of options
The room is nice and clean. Spacious for a family with 3 kids! Staff is friendly and helpful. Lounge area is nice and open with plenty of space.
