The property picture and actuall property differ a lot
The property rooms were dirty. The toilets even more. The Chrome plating had come of all the accesories in the toilet.
The rooms were so-so. The pictures of the room look good but in reality it is not.
The Manager was the only person who was nice.
The property is not clean. There were dead insects in our room which remained in the room all throughout our 3 Day stay.
The dirt on the floor remained there. The dirt had collected on the shelve, steps and the Spider webs were never cleaned inside and outside the room.
The place has no business center or lobby. Basically the rooms are inside someone house. The basement acts as everything.
The kitchen is just a home kitchen and not a hotel kitchen.
If you have no choice and have to stay then its okay. If you are used to really dirty place then its okay.
I have stayed at other places for the same price in Delhi and Dehradun. But this was much below the expectation.

Location is good as it is near the metro station Sec 15.
Price is high compared to rooms condition. Very small room & toilet . Mosquitos were there. Toilet exhaust fan was non operational. Bed was not comfortable.
I not satay single day .. one i going to checking .. i knos this property such bad one. So I Ask them to change the hotel. But they ing no. So I going to find new hotel. And I asked to refund my cash still did not happen really disappointed. What the booking.com system showing photos totally different

As there is a main door on each floor and then a hall and from there various rooms open up

Didn't get a chance as room was nit offered to me after paying advance.
The room was not offered saying that Booking.Com has offered u the low price.
and I asked him to get my guest enter the room was dined before getting the room.
When offered to copy my adhar the reception took 20min and then too he was nit able to get it printed.
I was denied with the room and when ask for advance back,
the hotel said it will be returned by Booking.com
Friendly people very helpfull always ready takes extra effort for the guest it was really good
