Nos metieron en una habitacion con persianas bajadas, sin posibilidad de abrirlas. Nos comentaron que pasaba lo mismo con todas las habitaciones de la ultima planta.
El personal no ha sido muy amable.
El desayuno estaba con muy pocos productos a las 9.15.

Fantastic hotel exceptional suite but best to eat and drink elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, lovely warm deluxe attic suite complete with spa bath. Gentleman on the front desk reception was great!

Cons:

Staff in the bar area were rude, both a lady at lunch then a man at dinner. Ordering a la carte from the regular menu was forbidden, only the 3 course lunch and 3 course dinner menu was available. For payment only exact cash amount for the bill no change was available.
This was so different from my last visit 18 months ago, so it very disappointing as I’d brought 4 friends with me for dinner this time. Really poor customer service. Perhaps the bar is not part of the hotel but as hotel guests the contrast in service was shocking.

Nothing, it was awful hotel, the room was overpriced. The member of staff we saw most was really rude. The Aircon didn't work. Opening window there was constant noise from something all night.
