Decepcionado por parte de Booking y del Hotel Palacio Pujadas
Cons:

Pagamos por una doble superior y no tenia ventanas. Solo disponiamos de dos entradas de luz en el techo pero estanban totalmente cerradas, las cortinas motorizadas no funcionaban y la habitación quedaba completamente oscura y sin ningún tipo de luz natural durante el dia.
Cuando fuimos a plantear la situación a recepción no nos dieron ninguna solución, ni alternativa para el resto de la estancia.
No vale lo que pagamos y lo que se publicita a través de booking no se ajusta a la realidad ofrecida por lo que estoy francamente decepcionado y me siento engañada por parte de booking.com y del mismo hotel.
Me cuidaré muy mucho de hacerlo contar en reseñas y de considerar otras alternativas de reserva ya que, y perdón por la expresión, me habeis jodido el fin de semana con mi pareja.

De sfeer in het dorp Viana, het hotel en de bar, de kamer, groot raam dat uitkeek op het gezellige plein, sympathieke medewerkster die de receptie en de bar deed

Lugar histórico y confortable.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, es confortable, edificio histórico y tal vez hiciera falta alguna pequeña remodelación. Edredones en lugar de mantas, algún mueble antiguo pero es un fantástico hotel. Repetiria sin duda.

Cons:

Tal vez la cafetería del hotel debería estar abierta hasta más tarde para los clientes.
