Pros:

El personal, camas cómodas y todo limpio.

Cons:

Eché de menos una mini nevera y un secador de pelo; estaba la instalación hecha pero no estaba el secador. No me hizo falta, si no, hubiera preguntado.

Very clean, modern hotel beside the station with great staff. Came back for a second stay in Ourense
Pros:

This was the second stay on this trip as I had to cancel my camino Sanabres due to an injury.
I stayed in a hostel with my friends for 2 nights but when they left to walk, I decided to come back to the Alda to get some proper rest before leaving Ourense.
The hotel is right next to the train station so very handy for getting the high speed train! It is also just a short walk to the Termas (hot springs).
The room was modern, comfortable and spacious and the staff are very nice.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. I had a great stay.
It might not suit someone who wanted to be right in the city centre but it is only a short walk so it was fine for me.

Increíble
Pros:

El personal muy amable
Estaba muy bien ubicado, un paseo hasta el centro y si no te gusta andar, la parada de taxi y de autobús está al lado.
Las camas muy cómodas y la terraza un plus. Desayuno bueno y calidad precio inmejorable.
Por la zona, bares y restaurantes, se come de lujo. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%

Very clean, good value, modern hotel with pleasant staff.
Pros:

The hotel is right beside the station so in an excellent location for those travelling by train.
Very pleasant helpful staff.
Room was very clean and plenty of space for a solo traveller.
The hotel is modern and accessible (I had an injury from hiking) and had a nice lobby.

Cons:

The shower door didn't close properly so floor got a bit wet.
The hotel is outside the historic centre but is easy to get to everything so wasn't a problem for me.

Thermal bath city!
Pros:

Good value for one night. Very near the train and bus stations. About a 10 minute walk to thermal baths. Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

Fine for the price.

Convenient hotel, just needs better sound insulation & upkeep
Pros:

Well-located hotel, conveniently close to the station, and with ease of check-in after hours. The rooms were clean, and adequately equipped for this kind of hotel price and range.

Cons:

Sound insulation is a bit poor, and you can hear a lot of noise from anybody in the corridors. The room could also use a bit more upkeep - the shower door did not close properly and was difficult to open, the silicon sealant in the shower had some black spots, etc... The beds were also not super comfortable (hard surface, springs...)
