Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges. Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The apartment was spacious and modern with a very comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, easy to use washing machine/dryer and a lovely view from our large windows.
It was close to the fabulous Exmouth Market that has lots of restaurants. The Route 19 and 38 buses stop close by so if you don’t want to walk to Farringdon Station (10 min walk) you can catch a bus to another tube station.

L'hotel è situato in un quartiere residenziale abbastanza centrale e ben collegato col centro. A pochi passi si trova una zona pedonale, Exmouth Market, ricca di locali: A dieci minuti sitrova Farringdon Station, con treni diretti per l'aeroporto di Gatwick e una fermata della Elizabeth line. Il soggiorno è molto spazioso e la cucina ben attrezzata (ci sono anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice).
Le camere da letto sono piccole e spoglie. La corrente nelle prese salta in continuazione senza che si capisca perché. Non esistono parti comuni né servizi di alcun tipo, a parte la portineria, assicurata per tutto il giorno da personale molto gentile. La cucina ben attrezzata non può essere sfruttata appieno perché nei dintorni (come peraltro in tutta Londra) mancano market degni di questo nome.
It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed.

Nice secure building, 24 hour concierge service, spacious and well-appointed room, nicely decorated, very clean, everything worked.
I found the location a bit farther from the Tube than I would have liked. The nearest Tube stations are 11 mins walk away. Quite well served by 4-5 buses within 3- 6 min walk.

The location is fantastic. You have a bus stop just outside the property and Farringdon station is 7-8 minutes walk. The area is nice and quiet with loads of shops near by. The property is well developed with spacious room. I liked the fact that washing machine was also provided in the room.
The staff were very helpful and understanding. They helped us a lot during our stay.
Some parts of the room felt that they could do with modernisation. The toilets could do with an uplift.

The entire apartment was clean with good and comfortable beds. Close to, eatries, convenient atores, shopping centres and train stations and stop next by.
Heating system was poor, with only two radiators for the whole apartment.
