Personnel très sympa et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner vraiment top!

Cons:

Le souper; côté restaurant 30 euros était un peu trop cher pour nous et côté cafétéria, le choix était limité et service à partir de 20 h seulement. Je dois préciser que nous étions en itinérance cycliste, ceci explique cela.

Hotel com vistas incríveis. Quartos confortáveis, zona de lazer agradável. Staff prestável e simpático. Boa piscina e spa

Cons:

Vidros ao pé da piscina, no chão com crianças a frequentar. Perigoso. Para um hotel deste valor e pontuação deveria ter como oferta aos clientes, pelo menos duas garrafas de água. Hotéis mais em conta tipo Ibis Budget tem sempre água para os clientes no interior dos quartos

Decepción en la cena modo "buffet" por 30€/persona.

En general, la estancia fue bien hasta el momento de la cena. Nos ofrecieron la opción de cenar en modalidad “buffet” por 30€ por persona y, sinceramente, nos llevamos una gran decepción.

Esperábamos un buffet habitual como el que se encuentra en otros hoteles, con variedad y posibilidad de servirte lo que quisieras. Sin embargo, de entrantes únicamente había algo para prepararte una pequeña ensalada, sopa y algo de embutido. Para el segundo plato, no era autoservicio: había que elegir entre tres opciones y te lo servían desde cocina. Los postres eran correctos, con algo de variedad de dulces y algo de fruta, pero nada destacable.

Nos sentimos un poco engañados, ya que por ese precio esperábamos más variedad y la posibilidad de repetir libremente. Además, veníamos de pasar todo el día esquiando y apenas habíamos comido en pistas, por lo que contábamos con poder cenar de forma más completa y acorde al precio pagado.

Creemos que la modalidad no se ajusta a lo que normalmente se entiende por “buffet”, y debería explicarse mejor o replantearse en relación calidad-precio.

Las camas son malisimas para dormir e incómodas nada de poder descansar. La variedad del desayuno podria ser mejor y la máquina de cafe fatal deberían de cambiarla
